Highly recommend the Gastroenterology department for colonoscopy screening. I had one performed there today and the experience was positive. The nurses were outstanding and put me at ease right away. The physician, Dr. Martin Gadek did the procedure with great care and professionalism. I was never embarrassed or felt ill at ease. If you are near 50, 1 out of 4 people will have polyps that should be removed. This procedure is one stop, proctoscope inspects the colon for any problems that can be fixed right then and there. I was lucky. Nothing wrong. A model colon. Because my colon was in such good shape, it only took 4 and a half minutes to complete. Absolutely painless. I cant guarantee that you will have the same type of experience as me. Well worth knowing that I wont have to go in for another 10 years to be examined again.

Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with, even as someone who was very sick at the time of the visit. The test results were run and returned quickly. Doctor Cynthia Bomgartner (sp?) does a great job understanding the patient, diagnosing, and keeping in contact later to ensure that everything is progressing correctly. However, especially for people in the waiting room, bring something to do. It might take a long time.

I am here in Northfield only temporarily, and wanted to express what a great experience I had. I called ahead, lady on phone was super nice, pleasant, the people on site at check in were great. I only waited 5 minutes for my name to be called. Abby the PA was attentive, informative, and very thorough. I live in Florida, but I wouldnt hesitate to bring my daughter here, should she need anything while attending school here.

Sick and tired of dealing with Suite B and the lab work, this is the second time I have driven down to my family clinic to get my blood drawn and only to have me turn around and leave for the dumbest of reasons. Each nurse that Ive had has been rude about the issue and sends me out the door without even giving me a another look. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will be going to another clinic and seeing a new G.I.

I have never had a bad experience with any of the medical staff at this clinic in the 4+ years Ive been seen there. I highly recommend this clinic for mental health care as well as other medical conditions.
