Left work early because Ive been VERY VERY Ill plus Im type 1 diabetic, go there at 8:10-8:15ish there are only 2 people in there, 20-30min after my check in/arrival a mother and son come in who like me had no appointment, 1 HR goes by everyone is called back accept me, even the people who also did not have an appointment and the whole time Im listening to giggles and gossip from the staff, Im sitting there in cold sweats my lungs are on fire, its weasaayyy past man flu symptoms after the fourth day, than finally get called into a room where a ma asks whats wrong, than leaves, than another half hour goes by only for the doctor to open the door and say its gonna by to be a while than shutting the door without ANY explanation so I left, the only reason they get one star is because thats the only way you can leave a comment! Boooo

DO NOT GO HERE!! Go to the emergency room! Doesnt deserve one star!! Most aweful experience ever. First the care was far from urgent, waited about 30 minutes just to get in . The MA who did initial vitals and back ground was very rude and didnt even introduce her self, nor give the proper privacy. Left the door open when she left. The doctor was on drugs or something very red eyes and couldnt make complete sentences. Wrote me a prescription for something that I am allergic to. Didnt have the materials to treat my burns. A toddler could have wrapped my wounds better then they did. I will never go here again. Made an appointment with my regular doc first thing today.

Brought my daughter in for strep on June 18. She had every single symptom of strep, fever, nausea, fatigue and throat on fire. After examining my daughters throat and feeling her swolen lymph nodes, she concluded it was not strep because my daughters throat was not "red" (although it was swollen with patchy white spots) and concluded this was something viral. I asked if they could just run a strep test anyway. She said yes, but doubted it would be positive. The rapid test came back negative, but 2 days later we received a call from Urgent Care. The culture was positive. Good thing I asked for a strep test, felt like the doctor brushed off my concerns.

Came here in my third trimester, baby due weeks away. I sat in the waiting room for atleast an hour with swollen lips and hands. I was seeing flicking lights and felt absolutely awful. Turns out I was experiencing pre-eclampsia. Once I FINNALLY got attention and my vitals were taken, I was immediately admitted to the hospital for an induced labor. My whole wait there I was at an extremely high risk of seizuring and losing my child. Even the people in the waiting room felt sorry for me as I was clearly someone who should have had priority. Seriously, atleast take vitals on high risk patients to better gauge your waiting room..

Absolutely awful. I waited for an hour and a half, listening to the receptionists gossip about my mom who was outside waiting in the parking lot. They didnt close the door while I waited so there was no privacy and I didnt feel like I had any patient respect. After waiting, a super rude physician came in and she was super mean to me I almost started crying because of how blatantly rude she was. It was awful. Go to the emergency room or wait to go to Alina Clinic if you can.

Do not know what happened to this place, I went into with flu symptoms, that I still have, and I was told that I am dehydrated. What box of cracker jacks were the degrees found in? This is insane. Will never visit this facility again. UPDATE: Ear infection, pretty bad as a matter of fact. Seems that the dehydration that I was told that I had caused that. This place needs to be looked into by whatever medical powers govern them.

Horrible!! My husband though maybe his ribs were broken, the dr comes into the room says "you know what we do for broken ribs?"....."NOTHING" does an Xray says he "THINKS" they could be broken he had to send the pictures to the radiologist, nothing was ever said again. We tried to get copies of the Xrays to bring to a real doctor, never a return phone call. Were there really Xrays? Dont trust this place!!!!!!

I just went this winter for a strep test, & waited about 25 minutes to get called in by the nurse, & I was the only one in the waiting room! The nurse forgot something, the door was left open, then when the doctor came in he wasnt very friendly & went to see why I was there & no chart or results of strep test. He had to leave & go get the chart & results. Im not impressed at all!

Terrible place! Horrible service!! They asked me to wait at the front desk for about an hour while I was in pain. They didnt do anything and charged me 300 dollars. Plainly bloodless heartless front desk attendant. Ill never go to that place again! Waste of my time and money. They didnt even make any apology for letting me wait in pain for so long!

They had me wait in an exam room for 30 min (while suffering a severe migraine) only to be told by the examining doctor that there was nothing they could do for me and that I should drive over to the ER instead. They also charged me for my visit despite receiving no treatment or insight whatsoever.

Horrible every time. Third time I have been there with a three different doctors. They are highly uneducated, I do not even understand how they have a degree to be a doctor. To make a long story short, I would recommend going to the hospital for the wait for better care.

I just want to say that I got a great service at Northfield Urgent Care. There was barely any waiting time. I went in for a strep test and I was in and out within 30 min. The staff, nurses, and doctor were really nice and caring. I really recommend this place.

The staff are cordial and speak with your privacy in mind. I appreciate this very much because we do enjoy so little privacy anymore as a society. Also, the offices are clean and orderly, the assistants are extremely efficient.

Went in to visit for bronchitis. $200 later and absolutely no help. SUCKS! Did I mention they dont send a bill they just charge you!! No receipt, no detail of the bill. nothing.
