This a very efficiently ran facility. Due in large part to its size. It is not as if you are cattle being processed as it is in most large metropolitan hospitals. There are obviously some fine Drs. staffing here because my spinal Surgeon Dr Neil Shah offices and staffs here. I will put his review where it goes. But the staff at this hospital were all courteous, kind and attentive. You get the attention a smaller facility will allow. Also the layout and function of the building is user friendly. And very important, my discharge didnt take 6 hours to process...hallelujah. And lastly and most importantly, ALL of the post-op nurses were just great. Kate, youre a hoot. Id like to just go party with you. Thank you all for taking care of me. Youre a credit your profession. Thank you.

I had an awesome experience here. I was admitted for an outpatient surgery under GA. I was nervous since this was my first surgery ever. The hospital staff took great care of me. They were very efficient and attentive throughout my stay. I was in and out of the hospital without any wait time , yet never felt I was rushed. I sincerely thank Helen (pre- op nurse)and Penny (recovery nurse) for being gentle souls and taking such a good care of me. You guys are awesome and wonderful people. Since I was knock out under GA, not sure who else I was helped with. But in general , I am very satisfied by overall experience. Thank you !!!

Great nurses in the post Surgical unit, I dont know all of their names, Kendra and Amalia, were assigned to me and were both super caring and attentive, every nurse in the unit were top notch, Jon the Chief Nursing Officer should be proud of his staff. Ive had a few procedures done here, I wouldnt go anywhere else, if I had a choice. The facility is small, but very comfortable, if I had any complaints, it might have been nice to have a smart tv in the room, so that I could connect my phone and netflix, trivial I know. Highly recommended.

Staff is very nice and caring they understand patients pain and never irritate. Specially in staff : JoJo,Anna,Junior they are awesome dont have words to say thanks. These guys are Gems in Baylor Surgical Hospital at Los Colinas. When you are in pain and in hospital meet such a nice staff that make you feel better psychologically. My experience in the BSH at Las Colinas ER was below professional levels. Been there twice and most recently I visited them coughing blood and was discharged without treatment, just to go to another ER the same day and get admitted with life threatening Pulmonary embolism. I felt neglected.

The emergency room isnt really equipped to handle all emergencies (like cardiac concerns) so will get an ambulance to take you to Las Colinas Medical Center 2 miles away.
