I was at the South Fargo Sanford Clinic on 32nd ave. Charlene Card was the family doctor I saw. Will Never see her again. She was beyond rude and had attitude? She said she was too busy to go over all my grandpas medications because she was covering for another doctor. Oh, ok let me make another appt. that is at least going to be a month out for a medication he needs now for when he sleep walk and dont want him falling down the stairs. She said word for word, Well, there is just nothing I can do for you then". Yeah, thats what doctors should tell their patients. There was no respect what so ever, maybe someone like that shouldnt be practicing medicine?

My 71 year old mother came into ER for a mental health evaluation and the service and attentiveness was beyond amazing, so much more thorough than Altru in Grand Forks, which is why we drove the hour to find better care. They asked all the right questions, even the med students were following up with additional questions after the doctor left and put my mom at ease. It was very comforting in a highly stressful situation for all of us. We will highly recommend in the future.

My mom had a hip replacement done. Everyone was so wonderful and sweet. They took such good care of my mother. I felt they put her comfort ahead of pushing some pill or what they thought she needed. They really listened and were so attentive. My mom thought so as well. I usually dread going to a hospital, but knowing people act like they really care means so much and takes the stress away. Thank you so much.

Was in Er for a blood clot waited 4 hrs in pain. Sucks, they kept saying this is life threatening but people kept going in before me. Bad service.
