Beware of workers in physician clinics who send their patient medical info to Denton Transitional LTCH LP, who then charge you for bogus tests in the thousands of dollars. The CEO of this hospital needs to investigate this scamming operation. I have reported their lab to the fraud hotline of my health insurance company. I also spoke to my sons primary care physician who did not order the tests so he/his office will call to cancel the charges on my our behalf. Denton Transitional employees work as contract workers in physician offices to perform lab tests on patients who surrender their urine specimens thinking it is a routine dipstick test but unbeknownst to them (as well as to the physicians who own the clinic), this company is running several expensive quantitative drug tests.

This place billed by insurance company for $10,208 and they actually paid them $619, saying that $927 is my responsibility! It was on the same day I had visited my doctor and had some blood work done. My doctor was paid for the blood work he billed and it is itemized as to what tests were done. The hospitals bill is not itemized, but just says lab work. No wonder our insurance is so expensive with scams like this going on!

Yes. There is something you can do. Request your lab records. Get copies and give them to the fraud department at your insurance company. More than likely, Integrity did not actually perform the lab tests, but contracted out to a third party. This kind of billing is insurance fraud, but unless you request your own records, the insurance co. has a much more difficult time proving it or having a reason to investigate.

My mother is in this hospital and rather than waiting up to an hour for a nurse to come to her aid, they are there in a flash. Very pleasant and professional staff and super clean facilities. Someone should show Denton Regional how things are done in this hospital. Maybe a little schooling is needed for the DRMC. I can not thank the staff enough for caring for my mom and treating her with dignity and respect.

The same thing is happening here. My wife got a bill for "explanation of Benefits" from Cigna for $2400. This is total fraud. Cigna explained to me they are not in contracted with these guys and Cigna is not demanding the $2400 from me, They really cant do anything. Im afraid at some point this will be sent to collection and ruin my credit. Anyone able to get this resolved ??

Spent 3 1/2 weeks here back in 2015. The PT staff at the time was excellent, and I was allowed to work at my PT as long as there was available staff in the Therapy Room. I suggest having an Advocate (whether family or professional) to help the Hospitalists manage meds and 02 therapy.

Just received an EOB from my insurance stating I owe this hospital over $3,000 for lab testing back in September. I have never heard of this hospital. They are scamming people and charging peoples insurance for fraud. Will be calling insurance and this hospital ASAP!

I just received a bill with over 25 lab charges that wereall done on the same day. I have never even been to this hospital and now I have to deal with correcting a $14,781.00 bill !! WTH is going on there ....

Mr. Rios, the same thing happened to me today. I just received a bill from this hospital charging me $2,000 for a routine drug screen for my job. Never been to this hospital either. Absolute BS.
