3 stars deducted for 3 reasons; 1) My visit was an emergency - sudden sharp pain in the lower abdomin one inch down and to the right of the belly button. No, it was not appendicitis, and I still dont know what happened because the doctor literally said "I dunno." 5 hours, 1 CT scan later and I get an unprofessional who wont even look me in the eyes telling me "I dunno. Get some rest and come back if it happens again." 2) My bill was separated into 3 payables; the hospital, the doctor, the radiologist who assessed my scans. Without insurance, I rely on CareCredit to pay most of my medical bills. They told me they dont accept it. I see online that yes they do. Turns out the misinformed billing department forgot to add "The radiologist and doctor dont accept CareCredit." But the hospital does AND its the highest bill out of all 3!! Id kinda like to pay off the biggest chunk on my credit card immediately please! Which is another point I am upset about; how can (without insurance) a doctor cost only $1,000, an analyst about $300, but to sit in a bed and get 3 bags of saline pumped in and out of me for 5 hours cost $3,800?!?! 3) Fine. Ill pay your outrageous bill (which also is not itemized either) but Id like to do it in a payment plan. Unfortunately, the option is not online. Its either pay in full or call someone to set up the plan for you but that person NEVER ANSWERS. And her subordinates dont know and/or cant actually set up the payment plan for you. Every time I call I get transfered around by idiots only to finally land in someones voicemail box. Youd think Baylor, a hospital boasting of its advanced technology and excellent patient care would have more people trained and available to assist in billing or better yet HAVE THE OPTION TO PAY IN PART ONLINE!!! And no, I will not be going back. Id rather WebMD my symptoms and save myself from $5,000 worth of debt that Ill be paying off for the next 3-4 years!!

I was the transportation for the patient, a family member, for a non-emergency surgical procedure. Hes doing fine, but is spending the night. I did spend most of the day here, and the next several days as well, so I got to know the place, and the area, well. I was very impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness of everyone I met. Theres Wifi and complementary coffee and tea. Even some fresh fruit and pastries. Waiting areas (there are several) are clean, with TVs and magazines. There are also a couple charging stations for cell phones. One nice feature was the flat panel display that showed the status of the patient (anonymously via a number that only you know). There is a small cafeteria on the second floor. Its not 24 hours, and at lunch had only one hot offering - On 11/13/15 it was cod. It looked and smelled quite good. Salads also available. Theres also a couple of vending machines there. Oh, and there is an emergency room here too. Bottom line: I was impressed. PS. If you need to burn off some energy, or get some fresh air, you can do laps around the parking lot. Each lap, including the lot for the Texas Back Institute, is about half a mile. There is also a smoking area behind the building. One last update: Just west on 114 is a great Japanese Restaurant called Fish and Knife. If you need a quick bite away from Baylor, its a convenient location and easy to get to.

Very Very Disappointed! We are new to Trophy Club just moving here a month ago from Seattle Washington. We received a recommendation by a local cardiologist to establish Carol Addy for our Primary Care Person. Her reviews are outstanding so felt confident in his recommendation. The Trophy Club Medical Centers website indicated that she was accepting "new" patients and accepted "medicare insurance". In reality, the "Clinic" is accepting "new" patients as long as they have a referral, which we had! But the kicker was that they would not accept any "new medicare" patients, contrary to what their website said. We were hoping to support the neighborhood business, however, they didnt care to support us.

I had a very simple/short arthroscopic knee procedure there recently. The check in process was easy/painless/all electronic. Wait time before heading into pre-op prep was less than 30 minutes. The staff of nurses and assistants were very friendly and coordinated all the preparation with military precision. At no time did I ever feel worried that the staff was not fully aware of why I was there and what was being done to me. The checks and balances were frequent. My Ortho surgeon was communicative and confident in the procedure. Before I could even enjoy my pre-op drowsiness in the ice cold operating room I was already waking up in post-op.

Positive: Staff was extremely friendly. Timely service. Concerns: Upon check in, I asked numerous times at the front desk for confirmation that the facility AND treating on-call physicians were in-network. I was assured multiple times they were. Then, we received the bill. While the facility was in-network, the on-call physician was not. He saw us for ~5 min, and no treatment was necessary. We received a bill for over $1,000, and his office refused to mediate with the Insurance Carrier. We will not seek medical service at this facility in the future.

I had a csf leak and needed to get multiple blood patches throughout an 8 month time span. Im so grateful that Trophy Club was located near my house because I think its one of the most pleasant hospital environments for any type of patient. The facility is new, well decorated, and, most importantly, the staff are warm and friendly. I went through a difficult time, but fortunately Trophy Club helped lessen the hardship by making my visits with them as pleasant as possible. The doctors are wonderful!

It was one of the worst the doctor was very inappropriate . Made comments about my partner tampon showing up on the CT Scan . She was also disregarding . And the nurse was bias against us I assumed cause we were gay . Im not excalty sure but for my overall experience I give them 1 star ....

Expensive for the speed of service (or lack thereof) to top it off, the doctor was high and mighty saying it couldnt be what it ended up being and what we suggested we thought it was. And never even an apology

Went in with chest pain and the staff acted quickly and were very pleasant. Had to be transferred to Baylor Grapevine by Ambulance. The staff explained what was happening and were very friendly and caring.
