My first visit took 3 1/2 hours for my two childrens check up and cleaning ...they were tired and hungry. They had pizza there, which is weird because if children are going in for a cleaning, you wouldnt want pizza chunks in their teeth. After the visit my kids couldnt eat for 30 min due to the fluoride treatment. It was more of a torture to have the pizza than a kind service. The dentist tells them of the cavities they have and so I start explaining to them this is why I dont allow them to have candy very often... 20 min later while we have to go back to the waiting room to wait, all the receptionists are chewing on gummy worms. I know they are adults and responsible for their own teeth ...I just felt it was not the time or the place to be munching down on a bag of sugary treats. A week later I have a followup visit at 11 am in which my daughter wakes up feeling bad so I call all morning trying to reschedule but no answer or no way to leave a message on a voice mail system. To say the least I am not impressed. :(

Have been bringing my children here for a few years before moving to Austin. Now we are back in San Antonio and of course we choose to come back to Aqua Dental not only because I know my children are in excellent hands but also because they go above and beyond to ensure my kids feel comfortable and enjoy coming to the dentist. One year we came during my sons birthday and they bought him a small cake and gift to show how much they appreciate having him as a guest/patient. They show unique professionalism as well as a crystal Clean environment, and have more than a few things to do while you wait. In closing, I am just happy my kids love coming to the dentist, I know I hated it has a child but it means a lot they feel completely comfortable and happy to learn about their teeth.

We took my two daughters in today for a check up, and exam and could not have asked for a better experience. The office is very nice, very clean, all of the staff was friendly and attentive. The wait time was on the longer side, but we had found out one of the doctors had to leave due to an emergency, and the office staff actually ordered pizza for everyone in the waiting room, and had water because of the delay. I thought that was super nice. Dr. Hulligan was very gentle and professional, and my oldest really liked him, and he handled my youngest freaking out very well. After their cleaning and exam, they both got to pick out a prize, and got a goody bag with a spin toothbrush and timer, and my girls were super excited about it! I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Do not use this place! They do not give the child drugs to make them sleepy, will only start a procedure with gas and if the child moves or whimpers then they stop the procedure. My daughter was terrified after the visit for a cavity fill. I was not allowed to be with my child, since she is only 5, of course I wanted to be with her. They claim to be a child dentist but in my opinion they dont understand how traumatizing dental procedures can be for little ones. Avoid at all costs. I found another place that genuinely cares about my child and she is no longer afraid of the dentist. The office staff doesnt tell you anything up front and even after you tell them you will never come back, they still call and push for further appointment - SO BAD stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is great! They mostly cater to kids bc of the kid themed environment but they do cater to adults as well. Im 28 and I love this dental place. I never wanted to go to a dentist for the longest time because I was afraid like most people are but let me tell you this place is anything but scary. Mainly because each room has a flat screen mounted on the ceiling so you can watch whatever movie thats on whether it being a Disney, pixar, DreamWorks, Nickelodeon or any other cartoon based entertainment (remember I said they mostly cater to kids). So as they do work on your teeth youll be watching tv and youll get lost in the movie or show also the staff and doctors here is FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend to kids teens and adults.

Ive been coming here for a few years. I love this place. The staff and dentist are super friendly. They accept payments and wont report to collection if you miss one. The kids get dental goody bags and toys (barbies,teddy bears, cars) at the end of every visit. The exam rooms are behind floor to ceiling see through glass sliding doors. Parents are allowed in the back just not in the exam room area. The reason why they dont recommend parents in the exam room is so that kids get used to going to the dentist. And not to mention security. If a child is in there because parent has 3-4 other kids in the waiting room. My youngest is 5 almost 6 and has been coming here since she was 4.

Will not allow parents to go back with child to treatment room. There can be all sorts of cameras up everywhere but I know how my children are and I know how to calm them in certain situation. There was a big miscommunication of what I was told and what was being done. Keep in mind I was just trying to get things initially started for a general dentistry. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been bringing my daughter to Aqua Dental since the very beginning and I wont go anywhere else. I love the environment and the layout of the clinic is a nice way to was the kids minds from thinking theyre at a Drs office. The staff is friendly and the Drs are awesome and patient with my daughter who still has fears about going to the Dr. I love this place for dentistry!!

Been bringing all 7 of my babies here for a few yrs... I Love how flexible they are... I love how much they make my children feel comfortable... The atmosphere is great for my kids... Id recommend everyone to bring their children to Aqua Dental they have great staff and they take good care of my kids...

Love this place!! So kid friendly as well as adults!! I love coming here the staff is super friendly!! I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else! I wouldnt go any where else either and if your a new patient you get a free teeth whitening kit! And your kids get a free toy and toothbrush and balloon!!!

Theyre awesome! I wouldnt take my daughter anywhere else. All the staff is super sweet, and they have a little movie theater for the kids while they wait. Doctor always seems to really care and let us know what he thinks. Then after the visit my daughter always gets a balloon and a toy!

Staff is super friendly and wait times are reasonable. Ive been taking my family there for three years and they are always accomidating when Im running behind schedule. The dentists are very professional and we have never left with a bad experience.
