Dr. Marlette, is one of the best dentist I have ever encountered in my 50 years of life. He has done extensive work on my teeth, example replace old amalgam filling to the Composite filling. I had a crown put in on one of the upper left side and a filling replaced. My tooth was sore and hurt when I chewed on it. So I was thinking it was the new crown I had received. I went in to see Dr. Marlette and he did a through exam on those two teeth and found out I had a cyst on the root of another tooth and would need a crown on that one as well. Well my first thought was PULL IT. Haha yep he said yes I can do that but may I recommend a root canal. Uhhh NO and explained to him why. He then told me I wont hurt you and I promise I can do it in two visits. First one fix the problem with my gum and 2nd do the root canal that day and install a temp crown. OMG I finally agreed and shaking in my boots till the day of the procedure. Yes my blood pressure was sky high when I sat in the chair. Well Dr. Marlette came in said hi and asked how I was doing? I told him the truth. He then told me the two shots were the worst part of the procedure. Yep they ached but not unbearable. About 20 min later he came in and said alright ready to get started? Closing my eyes and letting him get to work was really not bad at all. Pressure yes, pain NO. He was right the procedure was relatively painless and fixed me with with a temporary crown. I left that day with a whole new outlook on root canals. Now if anyone is ever worried about them I can honestly say I had a great Doctor. Last week I had my permanent crown put on by Dr. Marlette and thanked him again for keeping his promise to me.Yes I am a big chicken to pain. If your ever in need of dental work and are worried about it? Give Dr. Marlette a call he is personable, charming and best of all he is honest about the work he does on you as a patient. Again, thanks for making my visits there relaxing by the time I leave.

I chose this place as a last minute, I was in pain, and my regular Dentist was gone for the holiday kinda deal. I read the reviews and had high hopes for this place. Turns out the damage I had was worse than I expected and needed a wisdom tooth extraction and a root canal. Well with insurance it still was gonna cost $840. Thats too much for me on a all of the sudden dental visit. So I was made to feel really bad since I could not afford it. While crying I had to make the decision to pull both teeth. It was miserable. Major swelling and bruising to my face. I am pregnant, so all that could be prescribed was Tylenol 3 and antibiotics. I returned the week later to have stitches removed. I made Dr. Potter aware of the bruising and joked that it was a battle scar. He responded very coldly that I myself was responsible for the bruising, I probably bit my cheek prior to coming into his office for the procedure. I replied that I would have been aware if I bit my cheek, there would have been scaring or ulcers in my mouth. His response was, well I didnt do that, you have very meaty cheeks. I took this conversation to be very unprofessional, and this is why I cancelled my next appointment and will never return. This is disappointing because all the ladies in the front office as well as all the dental assistants were amazing. They treated me so kindly.

The reason I chose Heritage Dental and this location is because of the abundance of good reviews I found on the internet from different sources. I was not disappointed. The office is very presentable and professional. The staff is courteous, patient and professional as well. One of the procedures I had done for the first time ever was a root canal. I had read about the process and it sounded painful but I felt little to no pain. The worst part was the shot and that wasnt bad. Another aspect I appreciated was the fact that they were not pushy about procedures and understood my financial limitations. Something unusual is the fact that since I had a tooth extracted, they even called the next day to check up on my progress. They are especially good about reminding you about your dental appointments. I plan to do all my dental work here and I certainly recommend it.

They dont service you then charge you. They charge you and then perform service. This leaves you in an awkward spot to be in if you are dissatisfied and halfway through a procedure. They will lie to you, and say a procedure isnt major when it is. I have been left in pain for over 3 days after the procedure with no real pain medication(Motrin 800 doesnt count because it is just me popping 2 over the counter motrins), regardless of how good my dental & health insurance is. Heritage dental just wants your money, and doesnt truly have your best interest at heart. This has happened to me twice now, and Im not going back there for any more work.

Im 27 and Ive been always scared to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I usually get anxiety when I sit in the dental chair. for some reason I didnt feel that way when Dr. Najjars assistant prepared me for my surgery. Dr. Najjar did a great job. I didnt feel the injection. After I finished they brought me ice to put on my face. I woke up this morning with 0 swelling on my face with minimum pain. Im very satisfied with his treatment. Im going back for other dental work. for some reason I trust Dr. Najjar with my teeth. I highly recommend Heritage Dental. Ask for Dr. Najjar hes the best. Thank you Heritage Family. I am so amazed by everyone in this office. I have not seen a dentist in many years and was terrified going in. The staff is so friendly and courteous and the dentist is AMAZING. His helper (didnt catch her name) is so great and made me feel comfortable. If you are looking for a dentist i highly recommend Heritage Dental. Their customer service is beyond great and the dedication to work with you (i dont have insurance) is the best i have ever seen. I just had a tooth pulled out, it was quick and easy and i feel silly for even shaking in my chair i was so nervous lol. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone looking!

the work the dentist did on my teeth seem good and I really liked my dental hygienist. However, theyre too pushy for me. They kept insisting I make an appointment for my next procedure even though i told them I wasnt sure ready. Also, it was nearly impossible for me to schedule a consultation with the orthodontist. Whenever I asked, they kept saying the dentist wants me to finish all the other procedure first. I just wanted to talk to the ortho to get an idea of how long braces was gonna take and how much. I couldnt stand them being pushy and being so reluctant with me letting me talk to the orthodontist so I changed dentist.
