Very unprofessional!!!! This was my second attempt at trying to get my daughters 6 months checkup. They didnt try to contact my dental insurance until today (day of appt) which is observed as a national holiday, so the insurance offices were closed. The first time was the same excuse except the appt was on a Saturday. Tried to give me a third appt but Im done.
