My husband came to Advantage Dental Clinic, and after a quick examination they proposed filling of several cavities. They filled four cavities at a time. They were not professional at all, they messed up the whole right side of his jaw, and he was suffering from terrible pains for more than a week after that visit the cost of which was 360 dollars, he could not sleep! We called them and asked for help, what they offered was another paid visit to their horrible clinic, and a prescription for something you can actually buy with no prescription anywhere. So, we received no help, and no appology for the bad service. He had to find a different dentist because the pain did not stop. Finally, after consultation with the other dentist, it turned out that one of the teeth had to be either removed or undergo a surgery that would cost over 2,000 dollars. As we do not have such money, my husband had to have the tooth pulled.... so basically Advantage Dental robbed us by providing a horrible service, and caused a great deal of suffering to my husband. Avoid this place. They are far from being professional, however they will charge you as if they are.

great staff. the building is a bit outdated but the services are top notch. i needed to make an urgent appointment and it took no time for them to schedule me in and see me. i was treated by Dr. Jeff Casebier who is an excellent dentist. Hes super attentive to details, caring, and well skilled. He was great at communicating what procedures needed to be done and why, efficient at his job, got my fillings done well and quickly. in general, everyone I talked to at the clinic were very friendly and genuinely nice. besides the whole toothache thing (that was treated very effectively), id say I actually enjoy going to the dentist.

This place made me afraid of the dentist; I want to cry and vomit if I need anything done, which happens a lot because my teeth keep coming in wrong. I finally got to a different clinic, but Im too old for them now. I have a tooth coming in through my gum and am so terrified. I was nine. I needed a tooth pulled. The dentist was rough, ignored me, and didnt wait for the anesthesia to kick in. Seriously, he took two minutes then began pulling it. I was sore and bleeding before the minuscule amount of numbing could start. I had to stay home from school from the pain.

This dental clinic is dreary and outdated. The revolving staff door makes it impossible to be confident in your dental care. I called to schedule a teeth cleaning after 6 months, and was initially told that I didnt need a teeth cleaning for another 6 months. When I insisted, they offered an appointment 4 months later. We wont be going back.

I always have a pleasant experience with Dr. Denning. The receptionists are usually not very friendly and scheduling can be very far out but thats it. Ive had an extraction done and fillings with no problems whatsoever. Will be back.
