I have a daughter thats needed extensive dental work over the past several years (she knocked out her 2 brand new front teeth playing tag)and has just finally finished her last procedure. Laura has not only paid particular attention to making sure my daughters teeth were beautiful, but also blended in naturally with her existing teeth; She even sent back the 1st implant because it didnt look quite right for her face...her entire staff was amazing too! Dr. Marcoullier is very precise with her work but is also very friendly. The other professionals she associates with and refers out (oral surgeon, endodontist etc....) are all like minded and its been nice to have such a great all around experience and to be treated with such care. Her assistants and hygienists are gentle and thorough and her office support is always pleasant and helpful. Heidi is amazing at billing and worked with me extensively to maximize my dental benefits through the correct timing/scheduling of procedures. I cant sing the praises of this outstanding group of people enough.

I had my semi-annual cleaning on the 2nd of June with Kirsten who is “THE VERY BEST” dental hygienist west of the Rocky Mountains (and west of Kansas too)!! She also took some X-rays and found that I had developed the beginnings of a cavity under a crown. I love going to Dr. Marcoullier because of the great concern all of her staff (Kirsten, Patti, Jen, Pam & Julianna) have for their clients. Patti had me scheduled the next Thursday the 9th with the Dr. I went in on the 9th and Dr. Marcoullier took the pain away and Julianna scheduled me for the work for a new crown on the 15th. Both coming and going the office manager Pam is always smiling and has you leaving with a smile too.

At my age, Ive gone to lots of dentists over the years.... (perhaps not as often as I shouldve gone, but nonetheless...) and I have NEVER had the consistent level of care, courtesy, friendliness and compassion that Ive experienced at Dr. Lauras practice. Dr. Lauras choice of employees has been fine-tuned to provide a quality of dental care thats absolutely unmatched. Its apparent to me that the personal level of concern and attention that Dr. Laura exhibits herself is mirrored in every single associate that works with her. Honestly, I feel like an old family friend when walking through the doors. Yes, I would recommend McMinnville Dental Group in a heartbeat!

My experiences with this dental office are by far the best I have ever had. From the moment I walk through the door to when I leave I feel comfortable and taken care of. The entire staff is professional, polite, caring, and patient. I am the most impressed with the way Dr. Marcoullier and Jen work together. The natural flow between the two of them instills confidence in their abilities and cuts back on the amount of anxiety I have allowing me to relax. In all honesty I will never go anywhere else. Dr. and all office staff go the extra mile to make sure you are involved in your dental plan and are comfortable with what you decide. I have had some real bad experiences with dentists so when I developed dental pain I went to Dr. Marcoullier at McMinnville Dental Group. All the staff is absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional. I have always had painful shots until I received shots from Dr. Marcoullier; I no longer have a death grip on the dental chair.
