THE WORSE DENTIST EVER!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!. This place doesnt deserve one star. Amandeep Behniwal is unprofessional. I got a crown done from her, paid 1845, and got a botched procedure. I have told her I am not happy with the work and she refuses to fix what she has done. People have noticed the botched procedure and I am so embarrassed! I hate my smile!! All she is after is the money in your pocket. According to Behniwal- pay up, get a botched procedure, then you are on your own. She will not listen or consider your complaint or concerns. Literally teared up in front of her because I hated my smile and she did not care and said "sorry there is nothing I can do". So that same day, I went to a better dentist who noticed the botched work and simply said "I can fix this". So far, I love my new dentist!! The other dentists may be great at rocky ridge but do not see this Behniwal. Matter of fact, do not go to ROCKY RIDGE!. Behniwal does not care. To end this matter, I will be getting my refund from her and go from there and never look back. I NEED MY REFUND!!

Arthur Sanchez is the manager of this office and he is a liar a cheat and an extortionist. Quoted my wife $1600.00 to do the work and it changed to $3700.00 before she left...after the work was done. Said if she didnt pay in full before she left the office and after the work was done that he was going to send her to collections..That is EXTORTION!!! - So we paid in full, and then we asked for a quote to finish the work and they said it would not exceed $600.00 0 When she went back to have the work finished..she was laying on the table to have her tooth pulled and they gave her a bill for $1700.00 - Unbelievable!!!! Rocky Ridge Family Dental is a complete RIP OFF!! If you value a relationship with a dentist..DO NOT GO HERE as you WILL be taken advantage of..FOR SURE!! Find another whatever it takes, but do not go to these guys. Its all about the money and they will steel from you and tell you the same as they did us.. "there is no regulations in dentistry" Guess this means they have a license to STEEL!!!!!!!

I read these negative review so I went in being very observant and careful. My prices were given to me in writing before any work was completed. I was charged the exact amount. They were very clear about the options and costs. They were very thorough and performed the consultation at no cost. They offerred me treatment plan options in case I couldnt afford all the work. The explained my dental work in depth and gave me plenty of time to make a decision on what treatment plan I wanted to follow. I even took time to call relatives and get advice but the prices and recommendations were all right on for normal dental care.There was no cost for extra xrays. They were very careful and I didnt experience any pain or discomfort. I have already referred friends and family and they have all been happy with this office. The office staff has been courteous and helpful.

After comparing their treatment plan charges with my dental plan benefits, they were charging me 3.5x more for "upgrades" not covered by my plan. I asked them twice to do the basic work as I could not afford the upgrades. They said ok. when I showed up for my appt. and got in the chair, they changed their story to "we only do upgraded work". I had clarified with them twice over the phone before driving 30 minutes to their office. I had no choice but to leave since I cannot pay those high amounts. Now my teeth still hurt and I dont know what to do. I ll never go back and neither will my children. this office is great for cleanings and routine exams, but when you need work, you may very well be disappointed.

What pleasant and sincere service these ladies provide and Dr Cruz . I have had horror experiences at dentists in the past, which give me severe anxiety when I get any dental work done. Dr Cruz and the receptionists (Danica & Jessica) were all very gentle and accommodating with me, doing their utmost to make me feel relaxed. I was also impressed with how much of the billing and treatment plans they explained to me in advance, so I could make an informed decision how to proceed. The dentist answered all my questions calmly and clearly. He did not try to talk me into any unnecessary work either. Highly recommended!

I dont understand the reasoning behind all of these negative reviews. They were probably written by people looking for a free hand-out. I have always found this office very honest and very affordable. I have been a patient of Rocky Ridge Dental for years and I have never left unhappy. The entire staff has always taken care of my needs when it comes to my teeth. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an honest dental office that sincerely cares about their patients.

Just like others im scared going to d dentist, But when i met my wifes dentist. Dr cruz of rocky ridge family dental and tried his pain free shot. WOW!!! cant beleive how amazing dr cruz is!!! All d staff were so friendly and always smiling.. Dr.cruz and his assistant lilian were a perfect duo..and they understand my anxiety with any Dental procedures.. Finally i found a dental office that im comfortable to go to and do my dental works!!!

I went to look up the phone number to make an appt. and noticed the google rating as 3 stars and I was kind of shocked. I have been going to Dr. Cruz for many many years. Dr. Cruz is very gentle, kind, and detailed. He makes sure you are 100% comfortable and satisfied. He is a perfectionist. Hands down the best. I have never been more confident in a dentist.

DO NOT GO TO ROCKY RIDGE FAMILY DENTAL!!! They are rude and unprofessional. They quoted me one price for a tooth extraction and tried to charge me over $100 higher once it was pulled. When I called to reschedule an appointment, they sighed heavily into the phone, like I was asking for something extraordinary. Terrible group of people.

I moved to the Roseville areas 6 years ago. I finally found Rocky Ridge Dental and Dr Cruz... he is very gentle, in a beautiful and peaceful office setting. And his assistant Lilian, she explained very clearly all the options the Doctor recommended. Im happy I found a practice, that eases all my fears!

Dont base your opinion of this office on old reviews. Dr. Cruz is arguably the best, most caring dentist my wife and I have ever had. The staff is also top notch. They work with us on payment options if necessary. My wife just had a year old crown fail and they replaced free, no questions asked.

I love Rocky Ridge Family Dental!! Theyre staff is friendly and they are good at what they do! Lilian is sweet and very gentle! Dr. Shen did an amazing job on my bridge! They get you in and out and I absolutely love that when it comes to dental work! I would recommend them to all!

Their billing is so unprofessional. You dont send a long-term patient to collections over a few hundred dollars without atleast 1 phone call. further, they refuse to answer my questions about what the billing is for. Time to find a new dentist!
