HORRIBLE STAFF!!! My sister in law was transferred to this office because they were in her insurances network. They made her transfer all her files to this office and said we would review and give her a call back.. Called my sister in law the next day and said we can schedule a visit the next day because the doctor would like to see you. We were so happy that we found a doctor in our network close by!! They took all my insurance information and told me to come in at 8:00 am. She had her husband take off of work and they went there. The lady at the front desk right off the bat said i need to verify! I told her OK? Wouldnt you verify before you call and tell someone the doctor would like to meet you? Then she said you need a referral from your primary doctor for a prenatal visit!! I told her that doesnt make sense. Her previous obgyn we went to last week did not require a referral and I also called her insurance for her on the spot to verify, they also said that the office shouldnt ask for a referral. I asked to speak to an office manager. She was not helpful. I told her you could call the provider and give them the reference # and she refused to do so. I think this office was racist because they saw the last name of my sister in law which said MUHAMMAD. BOTTOM LINE THE INSURANCE SAID THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS OFFICE DIDNT WANT TO FOLLOW PROTOCOL AND JUST CALL AND VERIFY!... WILL INSIST TO LET MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW NOT TO CONTACT THIS OFFICE FOR ANY SERVICE AS THEY ARE RACIST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Terrible service, not to mention arrogant. The lady who pushes paper work claims she knows more about the insurance policy then the insurance company them self. They call me get all my info set an appt. And when I get there they say I need a referral. I call my insurance company and they literally said and I quote "she just doesnt like you, we have never heard of this before. Would recommend a facility that actually cares." The old ass lady in the back says she knows the guidelines and she wont even call the insurance company. I wish she was a man. Anyways didnt even see the doctor. Im sure shes nice. She actually made a life for herself not just a paper pusher. But if you want a 5 star experience where staff is actually pleasant, caring and encouraging then me and my wife recommend Womens Health Center. Dr. Klemczak is and amazing doctor. She is not in my network but I dont mind. And her staff is amazing. Not a bunch of eye rolling, unprofessional, aged old people who are about to expire.

My visit with Dr. Munoz greatly exceeded my expectations. Dr. Munoz is very knowledgeable, personable and professional. She took her time to explain my examination step by step, making sure I understood what she was doing and how I should expect to feel; and because of this, I was very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire visit. Dr. Munoz was able to provide a diagnosis on my first visit after five other doctors told me they "werent sure" what was causing my discomfort. I am now on the track to feeling better. Thank you Dr. Natalie Munoz-Sievert!

Decent, clean, staff could be more friendly. Needs to keep website and phone lines updated. Theres been a time change and the phones are still on the old time so its hard to get a hold of anyone. Very inconvenient. Also sick with the flu they refused to see me and this is my obgyn. Said I need to go to my primary Dr. But the health care doesnt have any. So I was hoping to be seen because Im very sick and pregnant and they refused me. Not good at all.

Very unprofessional and facility staff discrimination against disabled people.... I would not recommend this doctor to nobody. They dont care for there patients or the patients parents that are disabled. Forcing patients to do the exams isnt right and treating the patients disabled parent wrongfully and telling them to leave is uncalled for and discriminatory.

Doctor is great, nurses are great, I loath the front desk staff. I dread making my appointment or having to call with questions. They never answer or you are on hold for a very long time. May switch to another doctor due to this. Very frustrating.

Love Dr. Munoz!! I had my first appt. with her about 2 weeks ago. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She took time to talk to me and did not rush me through. Heidi was great too. The wait was a little long but i understood. Great doctor
