I went to Dr. Gutierrez because I heard good things from his office and he also speaks Spanish, which is a plus to me since it makes it easier to understand things. However, recently I had a very bad experience with the miscommunication of the staff and the Dr itself. The staff recommended me to have some tests done as part of the annual exam for women because it was covered by my insurance. I trusted the staff and agreed. After the doctor did the annual exam the reception confirmed I had nothing to pay. And surprisingly I receive a bill from Quest Diagnostics from the Drs order. The doctor did not explain to me that some exams were not covered and that the pap smear is now done every 3 years. It has been 3 months since I received the bill and the office still has not resolved this for me yet. I do not recommend to anyone the office because it seems we cannot trust the staff words. So please if you do not want unexpected bills do not come here.

Bad experience. I am pregnant. High risk. I told the. Doctor i have diabetes. Preclancia. High. Blood. Pressure. I can hardly walk. I found out the i have unicorn uterus. Which mean my uterus ia a heard shade I ask the doctor do i am considered a high risk he told me no that normal he did not since the he cares about his pt the staff is horrible I. Do not recommende. This doctor to no one

I am new to the area and looking for a doctor is always tough. My first appointment and not only was the staff amazing but the doctor was extremely personable and put my nerves at ease. Definitely I would recommend if you looking for a doctor.
