I highly recommend not going to this doctor, spare yourself the time and money. I have been a handful of times over the last couple of years ONLY because my insurance had horrible coverage. I dreaded coming here each time because dealing with the Doctor and the staff was awful. First, the doctor can be kind person but awful doctor. She does not spend the time to explain anything, she says the absolute bare minimum if something is going on. It took me breaking down crying for her to stay in the room and then she reluctantly answered my questions and explained what was going on in the most medical of ways to the point I had no idea what she was saying. And after all of that I dont even trust her or what shes saying, having never received a copy of labs or a call back. Lets just say the Dr.s bedside manner will make you feel more self conscious and insecure than you already are in this vulnerable situation. Also, God forbid you have what you think is an emergency situation or lets say youre in an extremely femininely uncomfortable situation and you need to see the Dr. ASAP, dont count on there being an availability or for them to call you if there is a cancelation. As for the staff, they are short, dont care about you as a patient, and are inefficient as a whole. My last visit there I gave them my new insurance card, they copied it, and they still managed to mess up filing my information. My co-pay was $40 overcharged for the visit, then they didnt explain a "procedure" I was having done (it was a piece of paper I filled out that cost me $50). I ended up being charged a fortune for this visit that consisted of a ton of unnecessary, unexplained, and strange procedures after I asked for a simple lab to be done. 5 months later, I still have not received my refund. I have been on and off the phone with the gentleman in accounting and at this point you can tell hes dreading my phone calls, doesnt return them or is EXTREMELY rude. I have also requested a copy of my medical file 3 TIMES, they have yet to send it to me. Do not go to this doctor, find someone else.

Started out nice enough but once she came in she was in and out so fast. I talk to her while she was poking around. I thought she said Ill be right back but I was apparently wrong. I sat there waiting for her to come back and then the nurse came and told me I was being checked out. I said "but what about my blood draw?" She said we dont have time so we r sending you out. Quest is not covered on my insurance so the sent me to bio reference with only has one location in Florida which is in Pensacola. I obviously did not go there. I checked and my insurance covers lab corp. I stupidly lost my order form for my blood test so I called 15 minutes before to see if they could fax it over for me. They said yes and I went to my apt to get my blood draw. An hour and a half later after 4 phone calls, talking to everyone in the office including the doctor and 15 minutes on hold they said the order will be here at lab corp in 5 mins. I didnt realized it took 4 people to push some buttons and put a little paper in the fax machine. An I know standards for care are pretty bad right now in our country but as a medical professional myself I felt the service was pathetic. The professionalism on the phone was particularly pathetic. Normal offices say "hello this is so and so how can I help you" and other things in the costumer service hand book. Maybe you should get a copy.

If I had not already pd co-pay I would have left. Received book of paper work in mail then Dr didnt ask about any of info I provided. Not one question about my medical history. The exam room was rather dingy, unorganized and just plain messy. It had cheap looking cabinets w/stuff falling out of them. Staff was somewhat surly and for some odd reason all the girls had big scripty font tattoos w/names on their forearms. Almost two wks later after asking for a slew of blood work for fertility, etc no one had called. When I called I was told to call an 800 # for info vs talk to a live person (how unprofessional/uncaring) and then told that # didnt provide anything. When I pressed the receptionist finally read my lab work - everything is ok. Uhm...ok - no elaboration - from the Doctor but just the receptionist? I pressed again for Beverly to call me back and was told when she has time shell get to you. Hmmmm - guess I need to find a new doctor as I will NOT being going back here.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone. At first I love the office then I tried to get pregnant. I explained this to Dr. London who kept me on blood pressure medication which caused my miscarriage. I also received a false positive for HPV. The billing department sent my last visit to collections and refused to submit it to my insurance company claiming Tricare wants the patient to pay the whole amount...which isnt true.

I love this place. I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I have never had a bad experience there at any point and I have been going to her about 4 or 5 years. The rooms are well organized and very clean. The doctor, as well as the staff, has always been very nice and reassuring in hard times.

Love, Love, Love this office!!! I have never had a problem, she makes sure she answers all questions in a way that doesnt freak you out and her voice is super soothing which is great because well woman exams are nerve wrecking enough by themselves but she and her staff make you feel at ease

Ive been seeing Dr. London for 13 years and have no complaints. She delivered my daughter 12 years ago and now (in my late 40s) I see her for annual check ups. I get good professional care.

Very thorough with the medical history review. Quick to send lab results. Answered all my questions after receiving my lab results in great detail. Im happy I selected London OB/GYN.
