I not had any experience with the doctor. However the staff in charge of the appointments is very disorganized. At the time of making my appointment they indicated that I would receive an email with documents to complete and that it should be 15 minutes before the hour. I never received the mail. I call to be sent and I am still waiting. I received a text three days before my appointment as a reminder. The day of my appointment arrived 30 minutes before the address of the text. My appointment was not there, they gave me the correct address. It is obvious that when I move from one place to another I arrive just at the time of the appointment. And they tell me to need re-schedule my appointment without any kind of apology for the inconveniences as if the mistake had been mine. If that is the respect they gave me at first, I do not want to put my health in their hands. Maybe the doctor does not know about this and is unfortunate.

I moved to this area a few months ago and was referred to Dr. Quinones by my primary physician; what a wonderful referral! I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Quinones and the office staff. They were all pleasant and very accommodating. Ultimately, I found out I needed surgery. I found out that Dr. Quinones is a skilled surgeon with the added benefit of having a wonderful bedside manner. She listens, is responsive and truly cares about her patients. I would highly recommend this skilled professional to someone looking for an OB/GYN
