We had money to burn from our 2012 Flexible Spending Account and my kids needed new glasses as well. We also had new eye and eye glasses insurance through my wifes work. We looked for nearby optometrists that were covered under the new insurance plan and found Advanced Eye Care of Andover and Dr. Herve. I am so happy I found him! I took my kids for their appointments and we had to fill out a bit of paperwork, which did not take too long. My kids and I all had a thorough exam and my kids did indeed need new prescriptions. I did not and my eyes were fine. I originally was going to purchase the eyeglasses at a big box club store because I know they are cheap. Our new insurance, however, covered glasses up to a point. for less money than the big club store I was able to get my kids fantastic new glasses. They arrived about 10 days after we placed our order. My daughter also wears contacts and she is being fitted for a new pair. Once we get the prescription we will be taking it and ordering it online because my wife gets a heck of a discount online through her work. If we did not have this option we would have had no problems in ordering contacts through Advanced Eye Care. Dr. Herve is great and so is his staff. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

This office is the BEST. They helped me when my dog ate my glasses and again a couple of months later when I hurt my eye. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kind, he even gave me his personal number in case I had any after hours problems with my eye injury. You can tell they like what they do and they really care, youre not just a number at this office. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Eye Care from start to finish. Maria was just wonderful! She spent so much time with me deciding on frames, insurance, cost, etc. The doctor was great, very thorough and informative. Everyone that I have met with and talked with have been personable. I got my glasses about a week after they were ordered. Very quick service considering it being the end of the year and holiday time.
