Waited for a month for an appointment. Just received a call that my appointment was cancelled, by a very nonchalant person... "Um, yeah. They didnt tell you it was overbooked?" NOT MY PROBLEM. Then, the excuse by the lackadaisical caller was, "Um, yeah, so, your appointment was cancelled because you have X insurance, and our building isnt ready to accept that insurance yet..." (Because I simply cant pay with my money, and turn in a form to said insurance.) So, for over a month, my insurance want acceptable? NO PERSON could say anything before? What is it Dr. Tavel? Over-booking or insurance? And please, teach your horrible representatives proper customer service etiquette. Not once was there an apology for the inconvenience. Dr. Tavel - "Um, yeah, so..." NEVER AGAIN

After leaving my previous review, I was contacted by customer service. I was truly surprised, as most places will leave generic feedback and never follow up. Anywho, this person was sincere in apologies in regards to that experience. I was assured that there would be some extra training when it comes to handling situations similar to this in the future. It does suck to wait 5 weeks, and then be given 2 different excuses by someone who seems so blah... However, they did rectify the situation. I understand that this is a new site. Hopefully, the future will hold more positive experiences.

Only giving this two stars just because the only thing good about this place was the manager, i think she was the manager. She was very nice & very helpful. The doctor was SO SLOW. I was about damn near close to falling asleep in that exam room. AND OH MY GOD THIS GIRL. I dont know what her name was but I dont know who she thinks she is. She acts like the owner of the company, she was very rude and very unprofessional. Her and the manager got into it right IN FRONT OF ME. I could tell something was about to go down LOL

Husband seemed to like the dr. Snd how he handled thangs. But we wasnt to fond of things n lobby. 1- one lady quoted us that if we picked an eyewear other then medicaids that we subtract$100.00 from that pair and we pay that. So after spending forever there picking something out. Then we was told that was wrong n was quoted a price just as high as the listed price!!

It took 3 times and still no glasses. I canceled the order.Requested a copy of refund paper that I signed asked three times no response.going up to personally get it
