Friendly staff and doctor on first visit; however, dont expect the staff to go the extra mile for their patients. Dont expect them to complete simple tasks like calling a patient back when they say they are going to. If a patient has problems with a product, they will not even call the manufacturer to research the issue. They show no empathy for patients who do not have insurance or a lot of money. I would not return due poor job performance among staff.

Dr.Coers is an incredible optometrist with a very big heart. He gives to his patients all the time and he has a very caring and generous attitude. I will definitely continue to go back to his office.
