If I could give no starts I would. First, when I had called to book the appt I had asked if they wanted my kids insurance information before we came and they said no. Second we came a few minutes to our 9am appt to fill out paperwork, they took a few walk-ins before us! Why make appts if youre going to take walk-ins first? They were unable to verify insurance and obtain authorization b/c the insurance company was closed on weekends. We were told that my kids could have their exams and pick out their glasses and on Tuesday (monday was the fourth of july) they would get auth and call me to pick up the glasses. The third and final straw was me having to call numerous times and no one has even called for an auth yet! They are incompetent

I went in over 5 times because of problems with my glasses. I usually always look at reviews before going to a business but I didnt look before I leaped. This is the worst Visionworks I have ever visited. There is a manager there name Kandeance that is rude, really rude. Ive never have seen a business that is so unprofessional, unpleasant, and the worst customer service ever. I plan to write corporate and contact the Better Business Bureau. Please dont visit this Visionworks, go somewhere else. Dont make the mistake I did. I wasnt even called when my glasses were ready. I spent over $600, for the worst service ever.

I went for an eye exam and contacts--I was there for over 2 hours and I got there as soon as they opened. The young lady that tested my eyes before I saw the doctor clearly did not want to be there and acted like I was imposing on her time. Otherwise, the rest of the staff was nice and helpful particularly the lady who did my lens fitting. She had several things going on at one time, but it did not seem to effect her at all. She was very professional and made sure I had no questions before I left. This location needs a larger space and more staff to be more effective and have fewer bad reviews.

My Mother uses this location to take care of all her eye glass needs. Originally she had a poor customer service experience. She had to return several times and was then left on hold for 24 minutes which gave her long enough to drive up there. Thankfully, when she arrived she encountered a man named Hadrawie who turned her experience completely around. He made my Mothers day and totally fixed the situation. She was so happy she called me to tell me about him. THANK YOU! Wonderful people are what make memorable experiences. You have gained a customer for life.

I have been in customer service for over 16 yrs....the tone, attitude, and a hang up on the phone is the upmost disrespect...especially when the person on the other end was not rude...only gave 1 star to post this...gladly take my business elsewhere ....to make it even more seamless, you get an automated email lmao....what a joke....need someone to clean house and show manners...give me a shout.....

So slow and over-priced . Maybe if employees would work instead of talking and joking to each other they would be faster..seen one employee take 2 breaks in two hours. I will never come back! Customer does not come first here! I drove an hour to come here..They didnt even measure my sons face or anything to make sure his glasses would fit..

The people who work here are rude! They ask a million questions about your personal life, and cant even get their job done right. They are very unprofessional and the service is slow. Worst eye doctor in Louisville... They only get 1 star and thats for being close to my house, didnt have to wast alot of gas going there.
