I had a nightmare experience with a dentist many years ago and had been too afraid to go back. After a number of years went by, I knew I needed to get back on track but by that time I was not only very anxious about seeing a dentist, I was also embarrassed about how long it had been. I finally decided to go to Lipson Dental Group after reading a number of great reviews written by anxious patients, and Im so glad I did! Every member of their staff went out of their way to be kind to me and make me feel comfortable, and never once said anything negative to me about how long I had waited to resume regular dental care. They really went above and beyond to put me at ease. Dr. Gilleland even managed to give me the dreaded shots with only a tiny pinch, and sweet Stephanie made sure I was comfortable and felt cared for the whole time. And by the time Melissa (who is so nice and really amazing at her job) finished polishing me up, I felt like a new person! Cant recommend these folks highly enough. If youre an anxious patient or feeling embarrassed because its been a while, look no further. The Lipson staff will take great care of you!

The Lipson Dental Group is Amazing! The service is top-notch, the facility is extremely clean & contemporary, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. Like many people, I am not typically a fan of going to see the dentist. Lipson Dental makes it a very easy and positive experience. I needed a wisdom tooth pulled and everyone from the dentist to the staff, made me feel completely at ease. Down Pillow to rest your head? Headphones for music? TV to distract you? How Wonderful! Next thing I know- my wisdom tooth was out and I didnt feel a thing! It was such a clean operation and I didnt have much swelling at all- unlike my past experiences. Even the billing was easy and headache free. I have recommended my wife, my parents, and numerous friends to visit Lipson Dental for services ranging from routine teeth-cleanings to root canals. Everyone has agreed that Lipson Dental is top notch and will bend over backwards to make sure you and your loved ones have a positive experience.

*update* -Since originally review of LDG, Ive been for all of my regular cleanings and have even had some old issues addressed. A poorly performed filling allowed decay below the filling and it required a crown along with another tooth that had chipped. I can say without a doubt that Lipson Dental Group has kept me incredibly satisfied with their services. Dr. Kapur is an artisan of dentistry. My crowns are immaculate looking as well as functional and feel like the originals. Dr. Kapur and the whole staff at LDG, THANK YOU! -------------------------------- I will leave the boring stuff out. Brenda, the hygienist, was wonderful. She was by far the most gentle hygienist Ive seen. Dr. Kapur did some more in depth work on multiple teeth. The experience was awesome. I never felt the shot in my gums or any of the work being done! Dr. Kapur was very in touch with how sensitive I am and was gentle. Overall, I am happy I made the change to Lipson Dental Group.

Extremely nervous patient here. Im talking entire-body-sore-the-day-after-my-appointment because every single muscle in my body was tense and my back was arched for the duration of the appointment. (I had a tooth pulled when I was in elementary school with no means of anesthesia, so I would say the anxiety is well earned.) But Dr. Kapur is amazing, and so are all of his assistants. I never hear just drilling, and thats the main part of my dental anxiety. Dr. Kapur is never drilling without an assistant with suction. What it does for me is it provides another noise for me to focus on instead of having my undivided attention towards the drilling in my head. Everyone there from the front desk lady Vicky all the way through the dental hygienists and assistants to the dentists are absolutely wonderful. I pay out of pocket just so I can relax at the dentist.

I cant say enough great things about Lipson Dental. My family and I have been going to Lipsons for my entire 25 years of life and have never once been disappointed. The late Dr. Lipsons committment to quality, honest dentistry has continued on through the years and I cant recommend this place highly enough. The hygienists are always friendly, the doctors are excellent, and I always leave with sparkling-clean teeth. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean, and the staff are incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. Weve moved away, making the drive rather inconvenient, but would never think of going anywhere else - the service is that great. Love this place.

Let me start with I have always hated going to the dentist but this place is great! I have been going to this office for 3+ years. Everyone is the very welcoming from the minute you walk in. The office is very clean! I am the worst at remembering to set up an appointment and Kris is great about calling and reminding me. Tina,my hygienist, is very sweet and always does a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Kapur is awesome! Thank goodness for Patricia! She did an amazing job straightening my husbands teeth with Invisalign. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to everyone!

I really like Lipson Dental Group. I was at a sub-par dentist for many years, and coming to The Lipson Dental Group was like moving from the nineteenth Century to the 21st century in a heartbeat. I love the extreme care they take with their patients, their professional way of doing business, their extreme efficiency, and the coffee is great. They handle insurance so very well. And to top it all off, Brenda, my dental hygenist today, I really was an angel. She helped me when I was super tired with kind words and a blanket. Never have I been so comfortable at the dentist.

Such a wonderful place! If you are looking for a place to go, Lipson Dental Group is the place to go on Five Forks Trickum. And you should ask for Melissa! Sometimes going to get your teeth worked on and cleaned can be stressful for some. For me in the past it would take me awhile to get through an appointment because I would have anxiety and a gag problem. But Melissa kept me very calm during my visit and it was the best experience. Ill be ready to go back for my next visit. Thank you Melissa!! Everyone in the office is very welcoming and its a great environment.

By far the best dental office visits Ive ever had. Sadly, Ive had many mediocre dentists over the years, but Dr. Kapur and the Lipson Dental Group are a definite cut above the rest. From the first time in the door through my present day visits, theres always an attention to detail coupled with a fun pleasant atmosphere. From pillows to rest your head, complimentary coffee and water bottles, headphones for music, TVs in front and above you to distract you while procedures are done, and the friendliest staff this is what first-class dental service looks like.

I am pretty new to the practice having been here less than a year but am more than pleased with the staff and services. I required extensive dental work and every part of the process was handled with care whether it was discussing the care plan, financing, taking molds, scheduling, to the actual procedure. There is no pressure to do more then you are comfortable with at a time. going to the dentist can sometimes be stressful or embarrassing. The staff at Lipson are the utmost professional. I highly recommend Dr. Ryan Gilliland and his staff.
