Las Cruces Dental Solutions should be the only Dentist office in Las Cruces, Dr. Peterson and all of his employees are amazing. I have had a lot of dental work done, I have tried 3 or 4 dentists here in town, and I never got the care or the compassion that I received from Dr. Peterson. I needed to have a lot of work done; I had decided to get dentures because all the work I had done cost me thousands of dollars and I was still far from having a healthy attractive smile. Dr. Peterson had a special for a free consultation, so I made an appointment to talk about dentures. The office was so comfortable; I couldnt hear all the sounds that are usually heard in a dentist office. I was greeted by the sweetest and most professional receptionist; she offered me water or coffee. The technicians are all so very helpful and friendly, Cindy and Dr. Peterson have gone far and beyond to help me with my goal to have an amazing smile. I did not need to get dentures; I had a treatment plan showing that I had other options. My dental work started, and it took a couple of months, I never was in pain or felt uncomfortable. When my dental work was complete, and I was handed, I cried, as I hadnt seen such a beautiful smile. I smile and laugh all the time now, which is a big part of my personality. Thank you to everyone who works at this amazing dental office, Tanya, you have been great, I wish I could name everyone who was kind and sweet, but my memory for names is not great, just know that I am speaking of you as well. My brother came to help me move recently; he had a dental emergency, so he called me and asked if Dr. Peterson would see him as soon as he arrived in Las Cruces. I called and spoke to Tanya; she talked to Dr. Peterson, and he came in on his day off and made a temporary crown for my brother. He was very pleased with the work; it looked just like his Veneer. He didnt have any problems, and the cap was not coming off, but when My brother returned home and went to his Dentist she put his Veneer back on only for it to come back off, so back he went, he had to go in 3 times before it seemed like it was going to stay. Yesterday, My brother arrived in Paris France, when he was on the plane his tooth fell off again. When he got to his hotel, he asked for a referral to a dentist; he went to a hospital close by that had a dentist working on a Saturday. He said that he thinks when he is back in the states, he is going to fly back to Las Cruces to have Dr. Peterson replace a veneer for him. He never thought he would get better care in Las Cruces, NM, but it has been better than Atlanta and Paris, I think that is saying a lot. Give Dr. Peterson a try; I know he will take excellent care of you or your love ones, he is the best dentist ever.

I was a cash patient and eventually decided to get insurance and thats when everything changed. I set an appointment for some extensive work I needed done, but this time I was going to use my insurance. During the appointment process, I asked for an estimate of the costs and they immediately tried to overcharge me, but my insurance set them straight. Then, for the first time, they asked me to give them a credit card number and prepay my cost for the upcoming services in order to secure the appointment. They never asked me to do this when I paid them cash, of which I paid in full immediately AFTER the services. Nevertheless, I did not want to give them a credit card number or any prepayment but they still gave me the appointment. A day prior to the appointment, their office called and left a voicemail regarding their customary call confirming the appointment with me and said they had a question for me. About their confirmation calls...at first, I would take the time to call them back regarding their so-called question only to find out that they really didnt have a question for me...every time. After that, I stopped replying to their fake question and Id show up for the appointment with absolutely no issues. However, this time, on the day of the appointment, I received a voicemail from their office telling me that my appointment had been cancelled...no explanation at all. When I called to find out about the cancellation, they said it was because I failed to confirm the appointment AND because I didnt prepay for services I hadnt even received, yet. I was upset, but their staff couldnt have cared less. This is just bad business. I have found a new dentist and I dont have to worry about trickery or jumping through hoops in order to get dental work done.

I realize that this is going be hard for you to believe... but I had all my teeth pulled in one day. A degenerative disease - replaced by all new teeth. I was dreading the experience - absolutely dreading it. Baptized in all my fears the day I showed up. The process took 2.5 hours. I was treated like an important patient from the time I entered until they walked me out. They calmed my fears through honesty... not pulling any punches on what to expect... and always reassuring me. Zero pain through the entire process... and heres the kicker. No pain that evening through the night. None... now I know that that sounds hard to believe. But my fears were unjustified. Dr. Mackey was as gentle as a surgeon could be. He was always concerned about me feeling any pain. He was meticulous and methodical - not in a hurry. Always communicating with me. My new teeth are brilliant - and when returning for adjustments - they ask me about me and where they need to be adjusted - any pain here? Any pain there? I have never experienced anything like it. I was completely impressed - Mackey is a gifted Doctor. With a great heart. And his assistant Jen kept her hand on my shoulder when she could just to encourage - and soothe the process. I left in tears not because I was in pain - but because that there are people remaining who still care deeply for others. And have no interest in humiliating their patients. Rare indeed...

I was so so nervous about going to the dentist. The only reason that I was going was because I had the worse tooth pain Ive ever experienced. I looked up local dentists here on Google and found Las Cruces Dental Solutions. I saw their great reviews and decided to give them a call. I set my appointment and was ready to go. As soon as you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile! Even though I was so a anxious the receptionist made me feel comfortable. I was taken to the exam room and was asked series of questions by Dr. Wagner and his assistant Brandan. They were very thorough and did exactly what they said they would do (I had a wisdom tooth extracted). They talked me through the whole thing! I didnt feel a thing! There was no pain after the extraction. I was incredibly impressed. I went back for a cleaning by one of their hygienists. She was so kind and calmed my nerves yet again. After a full examination by Dr. Wagner and Brandan I was given several treatment options for future dental work. All without any judgement or being talked down to. It was simply done with my health as their main focus. Im currently working with them to get my oral health back on track and could not have picked a better, kinder, more judgement free clinic to go to. Thank you so much for caring!
