Let me state that first, Im not a man of means and I only have medicaid, which they dont accept. I have paid out of pocket for my visits - but its been worth it! With that said, I have received only the FINEST care at Hays Dental Group - every time! J. Max Wasserburger, D.D.S. was simply amazing, and Amy, the CDA that assisted Dr. Wasserburger was amazing as well. Read on for the gory details! My second visit was to have a molar extracted. Im 40 years old as of writing this, and the roots of the molar were incredibly deep. Ive had teeth pulled at other dentist offices before, and it was always a nasty experience - but not at Hays Dental Group! Being perfectly honest here, Dr. Wasserburger and Amy were so gentle, and aware of me as a patient AND a person, it was awesome! I cant stress that last part enough. Dr. W was concerned about the tooth breaking and leaving some of the root in my gums, which could cause so many other problems (as well as extra visits to take care of those problems) so he was incredibly careful during the removal of the tooth. He could have just muscled it out and said, "Were done, on to the next patient!" - but he didnt. He extracted the tooth so carefully, with no pain whatsoever the entire time, and even more wonderful - no breakage of the tooth or the roots! Talk about skill and patience! I, being the foolish person I am, hadnt eaten that morning and at the end of the procedure, nearly passed out from low blood sugar! Instead of moving on to the next patient and more $ - Dr. Wasserburger and Amy stayed with me an EXTRA HALF AN HOUR after we were done, fanning me with cool air and bringing me cold juice to drink! Awesome! Like I said before, Im not a man with much money, but Ive already made up my mind to never go anywhere else. There is no other dentist office Ive ever visited that provides such wonderfully caring, personal, expert service. Six stars out of five from me!

I sensed the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was irritated with me because I declined the x-rays. I sensed the irritation throughout the cleaning although I dont know her personality so its possible I misread her. I have never had a hygienist during a cleaning where I was having the bacteria and plaque scraped off my teeth, ask me to swallow instead of having it suctioned out of my mouth. After a couple of times, I had to ask her to suction instead of me swallowing what was being scraped off of my teeth. Maybe this is now common practice? Once the dentist came and visited with me, he was very pleasant and kind but since the majority of my visit was with the hygienist, it was overall not a great experience. I would merely like to remind that it is patient choice to have certain procedures done or not and a patient should not feel bad because of that choice. Especially when the benefits and disadvantages have been explained and the patient still chooses to decline. You never know ones situation. Again, maybe I misread.

F -. Hide your finances because in your vulnerability they will ask. All 3 pretend dentists (Schweiterman, Hall, & Never There) do NOT stand behind their work and are willing to unfortunately lie about "metal free" crowns. Avoid these scam artists and go to Winterholler Dentistry, Grand Ave, Billings and request: Vita Bock Mark 2 for CEREC. Avoid the Lithium, Zinc, Erbium, Vanadium these liars will glue in your mouth, steal your money and health. Schwiterman & Hall glued toxic non-organic metallic materials on top of an Amalgam filing (Mercury, Palladium, Silver) got me terribly sick turning my gums grey. Had to go to Winterholler dentistry in Billings after Schwieterman told other BOZO dentists not to help. Refuses to refund $2,456.00 in work they do not stand behind and will call the police to hide and keep your money and steal your health. Please send refund of $2,456.00 to: Ryan J. Leaver, 108 E. I have been a client of Hays Dental group since 1982. I have found them always professional, competent, and cheerful. They have stayed with the times in terms of techniques, technology, and amenities (as far as I can tell). I have had one or two minor glitches (an appointment scheduled on the wrong side of the 6-month insurance threshold) and both minor (fillings replaced under warranty) and major (Saturday service to replace front teeth after a bike crash) unexpected services. I would, and have, recommend them to anyone new to Bozeman or unhappy with their present dentist.

Yesterday I went in to have two molars extracted and have a temporary bridge put in. I spent a little over four hours in the dental chair!! This should have been my worst nightmare, since I have the worst fear of dentists. I could not have received more professional and caring treatment from Dr. Hall and Cory his assistant. They were very attentive to my needs and fears, and were constantly letting me know what they were doing, and asking me how I was doing. I would (and have) highly recommend Hays Dental Group to anyone needing any type of dental work.

This dental practice combines high tech with high touch. Smiles from the staff as you walk in the door; assistance with insurance claims as you walk out. Compassionate, pain-free care. They do offer top-of-line whitening and cosmetic work but for those of us who want a basic approach, they never try to up-sell you!. Hays Dental group is a terrific set of people working for a firm that connects with community charities. I highly recommend!

The entire process was so easy. Every individual I interacted with was warm and welcoming. I was amazed by the amount of technology involved. I have never really seen my teeth quite like that before! Each person kept checking in and asking me if there was anything they could do to enhance my experience (would I like a certain type of music playing? Chapstick? Numbing gel for your gums during the cleaning? Etc). I could not be more pleased.

I have to say Hays Dental saved me yesterday!!!! i had a very old crown break off a major molar back tooth and could not function without it fixed. They were able to fit me in the same day i called...which was the next day after it happened....i was able to not miss one day at my new job and felt great the next day. Life savers! Walked in and the office staff was great! Everyone smiled and was happy took great care of what I needed done and they explained the cost to you on what they were going to charge you on before they did the X-rays. And Corie the paperwork lady smiled beautifully and was professional and explained everything! Thank you guys for doing such great work and keep up the proofessional environment. My husband and I are pleased to have joined Hays Dental Group because the staff members are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Hall and the dental hygienists explain every step and monitor your comfort carefully. These measures and the state-of- the art equipment have made our visits very pleasant and pain free.
