I love this location. I have an awful dental phobia and have avoided dentists most of my life. Usually when I explain to the doctor that I have a fear, they tease me and give me a hard time. Dr. Pak has been awesome though. He jokes and talks with me to ease any discomfort, he explains everything, and goes above and beyond to make sure Im completely comfortable. The rest of the staff is awesome too. Ive been in so often over the last half year that they recognize me and welcome me when I walk in. My only issue with this location is their endodontist. Dr. Nancy Greenbarg. I had an absolutely traumatic experience with her. She started our appointment by looking over my medication list and telling me I was a "hormonal mess" and all of my problems (hereditary chronic migraines, manic depression, panic & generalized anxiety disorders) would go away if I lost weight. She talked over me and interrupted me. When she discovered my tooth couldnt be saved she didnt tell me what she was going to do instead, then proceeded to stick needles in my face and laugh when I began to panic and cry. She then treated me like a child: calling the suction tube "mr thirsty" and telling me it was my fault I was crying. She continued to work on my mouth disputed me not being fully numb, she berated her staff in front of me, and made rude comments about what a "bloody mess" my mouth was. In the end she still hadnt told me what she did and only said "youre welcome for making the pain go away" until I said thank you. At this point I was still trying to work through a panic attack. It turned out that she had put some sort of sed pack into the tooth to relieve some of the pain, but those are only meant for sensitivity to heat and cold, both of which I told her were not issues I was having. She also did not clean up the edges. So not only did my pain continue to increase, but I then had a chunk of hardened clay scrapping the inside of my cheek. I am so grateful for the rest of the wonderful staff and the woman at the front desk who allowed me to sit in her office and cry before I had to drive home. I have since had the tooth removed and the experience was great. The surgical staff put me at ease. They were sweet and reassuring. It was the quickest procedure Ive had and was glad they were able to fully knock me out in the office. Over all I would say as long as you dont need an endodontist, its a perfect office.

I had lost a tooth and from commercials Id saw Aspen seemed to be the place to go . I called and got an appointment right away so far seemed great when I arrived the staff was pleasant I didnt wait long but after I saw the dentist i felt worse than I had to begin with he wasnt very nice. Also i dont have insurance and needed to get dentures their affordable dentures the cheapest ones I could get were going to run $8499.00 they didnt even come with a warranty. Their payment plan was 60% down 40% when procedure was done it was a one day procedure. I feel that when they say "Affordable payment options" it is false advertising. I decided to check on some real dentists and found on my first one 2 sets of dentures and they only use the top 2 dentures not the cheap ones for $7000 Im so glad that in despair I didnt jump on Aspens offer. I would say that you would overpay greatly and their bedside manner really needed work. Im glad I decided to look around because privately I was better taken care of. Would discourage anyone from going there youll get better quality and better care elsewhere.

The staff makes this place great. Dr. Jung a well of knowledge & information which is always conveyed with a smile. His demeanor is dwarfed only by his skill. He is great at what he does. The ladies if the office insure a great experience. Emily explained the options for my procedure clearly. Including the financing and warranty. She helped my decision to be as informed as possible. I just cant thank her enough. Then theres Toni, Melissa(?), & Kaitlyn at the front desk. They insure a sense of ease while navigating all of the frustrating aspects of the process. Like insurance, payment plans, etc. Finally, the ladies that do most of the "less than palatable" stuff. I cant remember all their names & apologize for that.(getting old). The one thats helped most is Roe. Shes compassionate, funny, & unflappable. I really regret not mentioning everyone by name. They all made me comfortable from day 1. My treatment is still ongoing & has progressed to a "visit" rather than an "appointment". I recommend them for any dental needs.

Honestly, i was optimistic till i arrived at the office after i set up an appointment and was told you didnt take my insurance. I was then told that it would cost me $73 that i hardly had in the first place just to be seen and have nothing but an xray done. Then i was told that i had to pay $311 to have 1 out of 4 teeth pulled. Needless to say i left and found keystone dental which accepted my insurance and was able to have me come in about twenty minutes after i called because they had a cancellation for 11:30 am that day. Meanwhile i was sitting in aspen dental and listening to a poor women screaming in agony for whatever reason. Keystone extracted two of the four teeth i mentioned in about 20 minutes that day and now it is 2 days later and i am thankful they were able to help and i would never suggest going to your dentistry known as aspen denta ever... Not a good place of business.

Dr. J. Pak performed an emergency extraction on a root canaled tooth. The tooth had been bothering me for awhile, off and on. It was a right back molar that never felt right since the root canal. I had an appointment set up with someone else for a Monday, but the Thursday before that Monday I couldnt take the pain. I saw the emergency service online and called at 10:30 A.M. Thursday morning. They had me into the office by one and was out by about two fifteen. I was so relieved I cried when I got home. I felt so grateful to have someone to help me!! The original woman who scheduled my appointment was lovely and Dr. J. Pak obviously made my day. Made my weekend and holiday!!! If you need help, call and go! You deserve relief! Thanks again Aspen dental!

Paperwork issues, long waits, and miscommunication with staff are a becoming standard. I have been a patient here for 4 years now and doesnt seem to be improving, only getting worse. Most recently, I waited 35 minutes after my cleaning to see the dentist and was eventually told he would not be available to see me - Im not sure how that took 35 minutes to figure out. I then had to schedule a second followup appointment just to come back and be seen by the dentist, which Im sure is inconvenient for us both. All in all, it seems the staff is processing patients too fast at this office and stretching themselves thin, which causes their business standards and customer satisfaction to suffer.
