Im really very unhappy with this office as well as the Lebanon office. My previous doctor retired and sent all my records to this office. I requested my records. They made it as hard as possible to get. But I finally had them mail me the request. I returned it at least 2 months ago knowing I need them for a rheumatologist appointment because my previous Doctor had test result that would be needed and very helpful to. after a month. I thought Id give them 4 to 6 weeks because they always like that number so they can take their time. Well I called and they claimed they didnt receive it. Yea right. I know I mailed it to the right address actually I think it may have been their envelope. If not I know I mailed to to the right address. I told them I need them before my appointment. They said they would have them pulled and call me to come pick them up. Tomorrow is my appointment and no call or records. If you need your records. They belong to you! they are yours. You will have to go to them and demand them. Im going next week. Trust and Believe. Ill get them.!

I was rudely greeted at the door and by the nurse. The doctor did not even take the time to look at me or examine me or explain anything at all to me. Simply walked in the room and prescribed medications that werent explained to me. The doctor was in the room maybe 2 minutes, the paper explaining how and when to take my medication had so many typos I couldnt hardly read it. I was prescribed 3 medications and they were sent to specialty pharmacies that delivered. One of the pharmacies closed their business and no one notified me (could have been the pharmacies fault), I called Cumberland skin again to tell them and have them send it to someone else. They didnt send 1 of the 3 prescriptions so two weeks after my appointment I am still missing a medication. I will not be returning here. Overall just a bad experience.

My experience was not good. I had two visits to have sun spots removed via laser from various places on my body. It was as many places as could be lasered in 15 minutes for $100. The laser part of the session did NOT last 15 minutes during either visit and I called to ask about the spots that were missed. I was told someone would call me back with an answer. After five days with no call back I called again and was told the sessions WERE 15 minutes and that not all of the spots would be lasered with just two visits. I was disappointed with their response because I knew several visits would be required, but since the sessions I did have were NOT 15 minutes long; they were 7 minutes (if Im being generous). I will not return and will recommend no one go there.

I was suffering from severe hives and needed to be seen ASAP. Unable to squeeze me in at my usual office in Lebanon, they found a spot for me at this location. I was greeted with a smile and barely got to chat it up with a friendly woman that I met in the lobby before being taken back. Everyone was very kind and sympathetic to my problem. They sent me home with the proper prescriptions and some samples of a cream to give some relief in my horribly itchy state. They even called to check on me. ☺ I love my usual location, but I may switch based on this experience alone.

Great Experience! I see Abby James and she is wonderful. I was seen on time. She is excellent and shares information well. I have had basal cell cancer and go into her office annually. She is very experience and knowledgeable.
