My first visit took forever, however it turns out it was well worth it. After trying to get in to see a dermatologist at a local provider and being turned down because they arent accepting new patients, I decided to turn to a "chain" clinic, Dermatology Inc. Luckily, they did a great job getting me in, it was only a small wait time to see me (I believe I was able to be seen within 2 weeks). The forever part was once I was at the appt and I just had to sit in the waiting room a while (30-45 minutes). My provider, Molly, was great though. She is a PA and extremely knowledgeable about all the different creams and answered all my questions. I dont ask simple questions either, I work in pharmacy so I can dive in a little more. I initial had some skin excisions and went back again for the next round because she did such a good job. Highly recommend them, especially Molly.

First of all the receptionist hung up on me while I was on the phone with my mother to get her insurance number...which took maybe 30 seconds. So when I called back to make an appointment for my mother and I the lady said ...oh you filed bankruptcy which I replied "a long time ago" to which says "well I will have to check with our finance department"... I replied "forget it, I will go somewhere else!" I have never been treated like this before. I would never recommend this place!

The doctors and staff are real friendly and know what they are talking about. I feel comfortable talking to them about some skin issues Ive been having as Ive been getting older. My only only complaint, and it seems to be a real epidemic in Indianapolis is the wait time. When Im on time for my appointment, I expect to be seen within a reasonable amount of time - not an hour later.
