Stay away from this place, it will be a waste of your time!! They are unprofessional and the front desk never knows what is going on. All 3 times my children have been there it has always been something, and it takes forever! During their first appointment I come to find out two of my kids couldnt get their teeth cleaned because they have braces, a "hygienist" has to do it.... I guess any random person on their staff can clean teeth without braces!! They never give you follow up appointments, you have to call them back every six months to schedule a cleaning. This last time I scheduled their appointment for a cleaning, they call me a week later to reschedule, then they call to confirm the day prior to the rescheduled appointment....Well my husband takes them to the appointment after making sure there will be a hygienist on duty to clean the two with braces, and this time neither of my 3 children can be seen because they are over due for an exam!!!! Why didnt anyone tell me this any of the 3 times I had them on the phone (making the appt., them rescheduling, and then confirming it the day prior!) is beyond me, and on top of that it took them over an hour to tell my husband they wouldnt be able to see the kids. The front desk staff is useless if all they can do is schedule appointments and not even look at the history to see if the patient is supposed to be scheduling that appointment or if they need something else! My kids will never go back to this useless place!!!!!

I was only able to write a comment if I clicked on at least one star but I do not feel that they even merit that. I have had only unpleasant experiences since I have been at this location for myself and my children. The wait is ridiculous even with an appointment. This goes for Ortho and regular dentist. They always give the same excuse about being short staffed or having one hygienist. I had appointments for my three children on 11/24 which was perfect because they would be off of school and I off from work. When I arrived it was packed. I checked in my kids and one of them was not listed on their computer. I had the appointment print out to prove it but that did not seem to matter. After correcting the girl behind the computer for calling my son the wrong name at least five times she sent me to the other area in the back since my daughters name was not there. I asked to speak to office manager who was right there but did not bother to say who she was until she went to an office to find out why I was so upset first then came back out. She was accommodating and offered to have another hygienist see my daughter but there was still no guarantee for when my son would be seen, whose appointment was already a half hour before that. I just decided to transfer back to the Kissimmee office on Michigan avenue which I never had that problem with but chose to come back here because it us closer to my home. Convenience is not always the best option.

No star for this place. First thing : first time I called to scheduled an appointment left a message and I received a call back three days later. The date of the appointment I arrived half hour earlier to filled out the new patient documents. After forty five minutes still no one called me in, I went to the reception area to ask why no one called me yet because I saw other people that arrived after me were called by the Dr or the assistant. The receptionist told me she was waiting for a fax from the health insurance company and have to wait until 8:00 am to speak with a representative. I waited 15 more minutes and nothing happened. Went again to the front desk to ask if the fax came in and she said yes the document iwere received, that shortly someone will call my name. Meanwhile people continue arriving and getting inside with the Dr or assistant. My question is why they cannot assist me while the fax or authorization come in? Why they let me wait long time. I was there for examination and cleaning. If the insurance doesnt pay , I have to pay anyway. I got annoyed and left the office. I just read all the comment, if I read it before I never schedule the appointment . What I dont understand why they still continue with the same bad service in the front desk after all these negative comments. Do their employer or supervisor never read these comments?

it not the best office, but staff do try there best to get you in and out. I know they need staff and front desk can be a little messy but you must understand it not a in and out place. it take time to check insurance and the bad thing is they dont check insurance they date before there policy say it must be the date of the appt due to cancellation with insurance. They do need a fast pace way to do it. BUT REMEMBER PATIENTS NEED TO BE PATIENT wen in come down to it. The two doctors do there best to see emergency between patients that already have appt. Did I mention the office alway have full schedule with appt. Also they do offer specialty that private office doesnt offer the only thing to that is they come on some day of the week in the office. I know pedo that deal with kids come in every other Tuesday and oral surgery and prostho that coming every Friday and try there best to see all there patients. BUT REMEMBER THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU JUST SIT DOWN AND BE PATIENT. Thank you for understanding. P.s aspen dental is opening in front of Greenberg hoping it will take some patients off them to deal with PATIENT more :)

First of all, I am a grown women but I am terrified of needles and the dentist. I was there for the Oral Surgeon to have a tooth removed. The receptionist was very busy but she was nice. The nurse that was with me for the consultation was amazing and she even went out of her way to let me squeeze her hand and cheer me on during my tooth removal! The nurse that was helping the doctor was also amazing. She was rubbing my arm to comfort me also. They were extra just for me! (at least thats how I felt) The oral surgeon was also amazing. He was friendly and he was extremely busy but I didnt get the feeling of him rushing. When he was with me during the consultation and pulling my tooth he was actually with me and dedicated that time to me. They honestly had good attitudes and that meant a lot to me. Oh and The office was clean. Unfortunately even with an appointment the wait time was long, but, that happens when you have a doctor that is dedicating his time to each patient and sometimes during surgeries things happen that can take more time which pushes all appointments back and thats understandable for me.

Dentist are the best had a root canal done and cleaning wasnt painful at all the only problem is the front desk very impatient and rude always seem to be having a bad day ignores any questions or concerns makes you feel uncomfortable speaking Spanish and laughing with one another like you might be the joke of the day not very friendly and uninviting when we are already nervous about coming to the dentist they make it worse and you can tell the difference in how they treat ethnicities anyone other than Spanish gets the cold shoulder this includes kids they need to have some sort of training to be more customer service friendly smile sometimes make people feel comfortable and relaxed atmosphere shouldnt have to wait 4 to 5 hours to be seen if your appointment is at 2 you should be seen no later than 2:30 not right before you close or 2hrs later with no one even caring or explaining why 3 dentist and 10 front desk help makes no sense what is being accomplished.
