I went to this establishment due to its location and decent reviews. However, I have to say that Im displeased after going to this office for a few months. I wanted to start Invisalign with this office and went for a consultation. I was told that I would need to come back to the office for 2 different cleanings as they were split up after the initial consultation for regular cleaning and deep cleanings. To be fair I did need a cleaning and I needed to prove that I could floss. After I attended both cleanings I was told that I could continue so I made an appointment for molds, finally ready to start the process. After arriving to the office for my 4’Th appointment, the dentist informed me that he would need to seek approval to be able to start the Invisalign as he might have to refer me to another office. Almost a week later I was told that I would need to go to another location. As a result, I now have to start at a new office with a consultation. My main complaint is with how the dentist set expectations to me from the beginning as this has been a 3 month process that has caused me to miss work and unneeded frustration. I wish I would have known this from the beginning as I would have picked a different establishment.

Horrible dental care. This dentist placed profits over patients. Suggested superfluous treatments ($800) that were refused. When asked for a referral to an oral surgeon, the dentist actually refused to supply a referral unless the unneeded treatment ($800) was completed. This dentist (and likely the entire Great Expressions Corporation) holds patients health hostage, a violation of every ethical code.

The staff is friendly. The hygienist was pleasant. So why am I only giving it two stars. The dentist spends maybe 4 minutes with you and does not put you at ease even when you and the staff have told him you are nervous. I also think I was over billed. Waiting to hear back on that.

Horrible I was told my teeth was going to fall out and there was nothing they could do. So I found another dentist with great service. The customer service is horrible here. I would never visit this office again.

Horrible. I went to get a mould to get a crown. And once i got back to the throne the damn dentist refused to do it. This place is only interested in money not the patients good will

Always had a good experience and very friendly hygienists. Only complaint would be getting seen at or close to time of the appointment, they seem to always be a bit behind
