I went in initially to have a tooth pulled and the service I received was exceptional, they made me feel very comfortable and I was extremely satisfied with the service I was provided. I had a follow up appointment and it went exactly how I pictured after my first visit which was perfect, after this appointment I made the decision to make Dr. Jackson my new dentist. I have already been in for my every six month cleaning and the office staff is and was very kind a professional. We had a few hiccups along the way but they totally solved them and we moved on. Out of the three appointments I have had I never waited more than 5 minutes to be taken back. It is great that the office staff knows how to schedule clients and not make us wait for more than 30 minutes!!!!

The staff is wonderful and very caring and helpful, from the young lady at the front desk to the lady in the finance office. The woman dentist did a good job and was very caring but Ive had very bad nerve pain, never ever before experienced after an extraction. I called and they got me in, gave me some very awkward to use, numbing strips to put on the gum and one tooth, but it hasnt helped. I will call in a couple of days if its not better. But the care and concern are top notch. If it wasnt for this nerve pain, Id give 5 stars. Update: The pain was caused by a sharp peice of bone after the extraction. Dr. Jackson got me in, ground down the bone, no pain at all, sewed it and didnt charge me for it at all. Nice job too.

SIMPLY THE BEST!!! I really like going to the dentist, I cant believe I said that but its true and its a good experience. The staff is so friendly, professional and truly care about and take pride in what theyre doing. Ive had such horrible experiences with dentistry (before I found Dr. Jackson) that I didnt go for more than 10 years but since I started going to Dr. Jackson 3 years ago I never miss an appointment and really dont mind going. I love the sense of humor they have and make it fun while at the same time really taking care of you. My entire family goes there and they make me feel like family and I highly recommend them. Thanks for the great job you all do over there!!!

Well exceeded my expectations. For example, I did not think I could arrive with a broken tooth in the morning and leave with a crown in place just a few short hours later. That was earlier today. In fact, I just finished lunch while typing this. Go figure. In addition to now having a tooth basically replaced, I have had them cleaned, filled and pulled at this dentistry during numerous prior visits. Always a good outcome and a positive experience. In terms of quality, knowledge, professionalism and courtesy - toss in timeliness, too - Dr. Jackson and his staff have earned the highest possible rating from this very satisfied customer.

I switched to this dentist because I was unhappy with my previous one. What an excellent experience from the moment you walk in the door. The lobby/waiting area is very comfortable and inviting. ALL of the staff is super friendly; they make you feel like they are happy you are there. Every person I dealt with, including the dentist, took the time to listen with sincere interest. Everything was explained in detail and easy to understand. Dr. Jackson was personable, yet professional and made sure I had no questions left to ask him before he left the room. I would recommend Dr. Jackson and his staff to anyone.

Called Dr Jacksons office with broken tooth. They set up appt for next afternoon, then called me first thing that morning to ask if I could come in earlier for an opening they received. Took the early appt and all the staff was fantastic. His assistant, Eric, gave me the tour, did a brief review of problem and Dr Jackson and Eric were able to get me into a temporary cap at that same visit. WOW!!! Was very impressed with courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff that I dealt with. Look forward to having Jackson Dentistry for my regular dental exams and cleanings for many more years.

What a great experience all around!! From the moment I walked in the door it felt like I was a guest in a very happy families home. Stephanie was my hygienist she cleaned my teeth so well it feels like I have a new set.THANK YOU! Dr. Jackson was great, he explained in detail what was medically necessary and what would be cosmetic. Dr. Jackson was very detailed and has a great bedside manner. The office staff explained in detail the financials and insurance co-payment. I would have to say this has been the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office! Thank You!

This office is one of the BEST. When I go in for a cleaning, they always take me back on time, if not early. The staff is courteous, gentile and very aware of your needs. I LOVE the cleaning techniques they use. Not only do they scale and floss, but polish, use the baking soda spray, AND a high pressure water spray. By the time Im done I feel like theyve cleaned my teeth 4 times :) Highly recommended and thankful theyre so close. Youll be glad you saw Dr. Jackson and the staff.

Excellent experience overall! Dr. Jackson is an amazing and caring dentist. The receptionist is a sweetheart and always pleasant. The hygienist couldnt be friendlier and she is very funny. They always make me feel welcomed. Dr Jackson is gentle, kind, friendly and extremely knowledgeable . The staff are wonderful and appear to enjoy their job as well as working with Dr Jackson. Highly recommended!!!! Dr Jackson is the best!!!!

My first visit was fantastic. No one likes going to the dentist until they go to this office, as every employee greets you with a smile and is extremely personable. The first visit was thorough and Dr. Jackson gladly answered all of my questions and even went into great detail on some of my questions, while the assistant was extremely pleasant and also was informative. This will definitely be my regular dentist moving forward.
