My wife and I have never experienced anything like this before. She went to DR.Stein after having our first child hoping she would be a great dentist to fix a few fillings and educate us a little more on teeth and pregnancy. My wife is a health freak who gets her teeth cleaned and checked every 6 months. After waiting 4 weeks for the appointment we were told she didnt have one when we arrived, then they decided to take her after she said she was going somewhere else , we waited for an hour and 45mins only to be taken back and insulted by Dr. Stein. My wife tried to explain to her we just had a baby and since then her teeth have been hurting. Dr. Stein proceeded to insult her and put her down telling her she does not brush her teeth all while rolling her eyes at every word my wife tried to say. My wife and I are both health freeks she had perfect teeth before our baby and still does all she wanted was a filling fixed a cleaning and a whitening treatment not to be insulted and put down by a doctor who looks dirty and rolls her eyes at patients while they cry and beg her to listen to them. Never in my life have I experienced something like this, this woman should not be practicing medicine. Beyond disappointed it is safe to say we will be going somewhere else! Never will we go back to Hudec dental! We do not have any real opinions on the practice its self but the doctor was beyond horrible my wife left in tears! We will be going back to our regular dentist in our hometown even though its 2hrs away it is well worth the drive, this woman is dirty looking angry and mean.

When I first came to this office I was terrified. I knew I needed extensive dental work in order to feel confident when I smiled and to be healthy again. When I walked in I was immediately put at ease by the friendly and genuinely caring front desk staff as well as the woman who took my x rays. When I first met Dr. Stein I was nervous and very anxious but she gave it to me straight and explained her plan in detail and made sure I understood what it was going to take to get my smile back. Never once did I feel judged or felt like I was a lost cause. She referred me to their Belden office for my extractions and the oral surgeon and staff there was wonderful. I was beyond anxious and they made sure I was comfortable and the assistant even held my hand. I had 21 teeth pulled. I was by myself and I was terrified but thanks to the staff and Dr Dai, I never felt a thing and I went home and had a speedy recovery. I went in to Dr Stein for my fillings and impessions for my denture plate today and I couldnt be more happy. I am so excited to be able to smile confidently and I owe it to Hudec Dental in Norton and Belden Village. Thank you all so much for treating me with kindness and making me feel like I could get through this! I cant wait for my next appointment to get my "pretty teeth" as my daughter calls them. I highly recommend this office for any dental need. They make you feel comfortable and make sure you do not feel ashamed. I love these people so much! Thank you again!

Places like this make me feel like theres no hope for America. Most employees were friendly besides the mean lookin lady that was supposed to clean my teeth the first visit. On the second visit they asked me if they cleaned my teeth I said I dont believe so...and guess what they still didnt clean my teeth. They spent about 15 seconds picking my teeth...I havent been to a dentist in over 12 years and Id bet a billion $$ my teeth need way more then 15 seconds to clean. I smoked for 18 yrs...need I say more. I saw probably 10 women. I think the problem is there are just way too many people in a office not on the same page with very poor communication skills. Why would a small dentist need so many employees clearly not on the same page. The front desk was exceptional tho. Very nice and helpful younger women. She was patient and explained all the stuff the "dentist" failed too. This is a fine example of u can be book smart and still be stupid now ur just stupid with $$. What a shame. I deff will absolutely not be back! Learn some customer service skills to the dentist and ladys in the back. Again not all were a problem but I bet they know who they are.

The receptionist and X-ray tech were amazing. Very nice sweet girls and helpful, answered all of my questions. I felt like this would be a great trip to the dentist based on this initial friendliness which was great considering I need a tooth pulled. I then saw Dr. Stein and the visit went down hill. She found a cavity which she so kindly announced with a huge sigh as if it were causing her problems. She told me my wisdom tooth had my popped out yet on my top right side, this is true because I was in to see her about pain on my left. I corrected her and without taking a second look she says "ya I dont see that one either". I tried to explain to her it is very easy to see as half the tooth is out and it is cutting my gums, I asked her to look again and she would not. I stated that it is out and she so rudely said "yeah okay". The whole time not looking at me as Im speaking. Im only 21 so I feel she didnt think I deserved the respect to be listened to but that is not right and I will never be returning here because of her and only her. I wish I had read all of the reviews on her before I decided to go.

I wanted to thank Hudec dental but especially Dr.Stein. I was going through a horrible situation as i needed an examination before they would start my radiation therapy to my throat, I was diagnosed with stage 4 oral cancer of the tongue ( HPV cancer). I was scared and upset that they wanted to pull teeth that seemed healthy. Dr.Stein was wonderful, she explained how the radiation therapy would affect my teeth and jaw, and that removing some teeth would help me in the long run. Well I am now three years out of treatment, and I have a lot of issues due to little to no saliva my teeth take a ton of punishment, with Dr.Stein and Hudecs help we keep working to make my teeth last. She is compassionate and understanding, I had to follow her to a different location that is much further from my house and its worth every mile. Good person and great Dr. thank you Dr.Stein looking forward to working with you and Hudec for many years to come as you guys are now part of my survival team !!!

I am on Medicaid and I have heard horror stories about healthcare facilities treating people differently because they have medicaid. I searched for a dentist for 3 months reading horrible reviews and feeling discouraged. I ran across Hudec dental the cle-mass location and they had some reviews but the difference was the office actually responded back to negative reviews and tried to help people find a solution. So I thought Ill try this out! The dentist and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Medicaid is very limited on what it will pay for and the dentist went through my options with me so thoughtfully. I had to get a tooth removed and if I had a little pain she did not hesitate to numb me more. She wanted to make sure I didnt feel the smallest of pain and I didnt. It was a fenomenal experience. Better than my old dentist before medicaid. I highly recommend this office.
