Ive used Dr. Raymonds practice twice now. My regular dentist discovered a crack in my back molar. A crown was needed. I decided to try sedation dentistry. I set up an appoint for a consult and met with Dr. Steve at her practice. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions. The 2-hour crown procedure to me lasted about 15 minutes. Sedation was money well spent! Dr. Steve was great. I decided to try them for my latest cleaning. I liked my previous hygienist at my old dentist, but she was no longer at the practice. The new hygienist was not skilled with the dental pick. It was not a pleasant cleaning experience. My advice to dentists. If you have a good hygienist do what you can to keep them. They make you money. Jenny at Dr. Raymonds was my hygienist. She was friendly and gentle like everyone there has been. For a cleaning Dr. Raymonds office first uses what is best described as a waterpik on steroids to clean your teeth. This was very cool, new to me, and painless. Then Jenny used the traditional pick. Because of the water treatment there is far less need for digging and scraping. She was so good at this I didnt even feel it. That was followed by a polishing, flossing, oral cancer exam, and another exam with a light that lets them see below the skin. Finally Jenny applied fluoride to my teeth. This exam was more comprehensive than any exam and cleaning Ive ever had. Usually they would have done full x-rays as a new patient, by I told them this was a trial run to see if I liked their cleanings and would do the x-rays next time. No sense in extra radiation if I never went back. Dr. Raymond understood and had no problem with that. Considering this may have been the best exam/cleaning Ive had I made my next appointment and will get those x-rays then.

I am terrified of going to the dentist, but had a painful tooth so was forced to see someone. I found Dr. Kate on the internet, and could not have been more pleased. I was greeted by an extremely friendly staff who treated me as if they had known me for years, and Dr. Kate was the sweetest, most compassionate professional that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She ordered x-rays, and once she saw the problem that was causing me the pain I was in, she referred me to an oral surgeon- whom she got me in with the same day! The oral surgeon was also friendly and truly cared for me, and he took that tooth out immediately, relieving me of the pain I had been suffering with for over a week. I have an upcoming appointment with Dr. Kate for some additional dental work that she told me needed addressed, and for the first time in all of my life, I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist rather than dreading it.

I have always had issues with my teeth while growing up and now into adulthood. I refused to go to the dentist for years in fear of rude things some would say, long waits, and pain during visits. I finally decided to try again but this time at Dr Kates office. I have never been happier! Everyone who works here is friendly and encouraging and they always make sure you are comfortable. I recommend that anyone, especially with previous fears of the dentist, go here!

Never got to see the dentist because of an uninformed clerical worker. I called to make the appointment and asked whether or not my insurance was in network. I had checked and thought it was, but I decided to ask anyway. She told me it was. I got all the way there only to find out my insurance was NOT in network there. The woman in question had a hard enough time finding an open appointment, so I should have known better I guess. Waste of time and gas for my car.

It was amazing to walk into the building and to witness everyone smiling and displaying a positive, upbeat attitude. The wait was not long at all, and the service was excellent. Definitely not your ordinary dentist office. I would recommend this dentist office to anyone in the area. It was also great that all the staff knew my name, and greeted as family.

Dr Kate is AMAZING!!! I have the WORST fear of dentists, her office girls are so professional and so friendly, from the minute you walk through the door till the time you leave! I had some major work done today and a million questions, they answer everything, you NEVER feel rushed! I couldnt be happier with the whole process. Dr Kate Raymond rocks!!!

She told me I had 20 cavities and would need to spend all this money to get them fixed... there was no way. I went to 3 other dentists who all told me that I didnt have any and the pain I was having was actually from clenching my teeth at night. I think she is a rip-off. Get a second opinion before you drop $10000 for things that dont need fixed.

I cant say enough good about this office! They set my mind at ease, are not judgemental, and work with me to get my mouth healthy. The office staff went above and beyond as well, accommodating me with my new baby, making sure I was able to still have my appointment as scheduled. Id recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Raymond is a miracle worker! I chipped my front tooth pretty bad recently. Within 12 hours, she fit me into her schedule and had me looking like it had never happened. She is truly a kind soul with a great heart and those are hard to find these days! Shes one of my most favorite people on the planet :)
