I finally found a great optometrist who doesnt see me as a number. I went to Eye Care Associates for my annual exam and was very pleased from the moment I walked in. The staff at the front desk were very attentive and welcoming. Then I was seen by Dr. Sylvie, who took the time to explain everything thoroughly. She also offered to me different contact lens choices, describing the benefits of each kind of lens for my type of eye. Eye Care Associates have a great selection of frames. Since I also use regular glasses, I am very happy with the ones I chose. I dont live near their office, but the 40 minutes drive is worth it. I highly recommend them.

My visit to Eye Care Associates was EXCELLENT! Dr. Sylvie is a true professional, she was very thorough and explained every procedure she was performing throughout the exam. As I suffer from dry eyes, she allowed me to try a few different pairs/brands of contacts before ordering an annual supply. The staff is very welcoming, and made my visit extremely easy by handling my exam/contacts/glassss through my vision coverage. They also have an excellent selection of stylish frames at great prices, my new glasses came in sooner than expected and they are perfect. If youre in need of an Optometrist, you MUST visit Dr. Sylvie at Eye Care Associates!!

When I first stepped into the office I was greeted by a sweet receptionist. I was promptly seen by Dr. Sylvie El-Hage. I have had some complications with my eye in the past and Im very particular about where I get my eye exams. Dr. Sylvie was very thorough with her exam and she explained everything to me. She is very knowledgable and also made me feel completely comfortable at all times. She even explained about my previous eye injuries and surgeries that my other doctors didnt mention. She fit me for some of the best fitting glasses Ive ever had. She exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Dr. Sylvie to all of my friends and family.

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to visit Eyecare Associates, and I had the experience of Knowing Dr. Sylvie Who performs her work with great professionalism and experience , I will share With you that I liked a lot the tests that I did with some very sophisticated and modern appliances in Which i checked absolutely my eyes, on the inside and the outside. I was very satisfied and also with the great diversity of lens models from the best brands, you need to visit them, if you have a problem with your eyes, theres nothing better than Eyecare Associates . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND. Whether you have an eye emergency or you just need a regular eye exam, go see Dr. Sylvie. I got a cut on my at 7pm on a Sunday, and she was willing to drop everything and meet me at her office by 7:30pm to get me taken care. That was the second eye cut I have had in the past year. The first I went to the emergency room. Going to the emergency room cost me 6x more money and did almost nothing to help. As long as I live in Houston, I will continue to see the kind and professional Dr. Sylvie at Eye Care Assoc. for anything ocular.

After several years as a patient of Berkeley Eye Center (2 different locations) and experiencing a steady decline in their customer service, I decided to try Eye Care Associates. Admittedly, despite the positive reviews, I was prepared to be treated with the typical apathy so prevalent in the medical business in general. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and caring approach to customer service exhibited by everyone I came in contact with; from the front desk staff to Dr. Sylvie herself all made my annual eye exam a great experience.

Dr. El Hage has been taking care of my sons eyes for many years now. He informed us about a non surgical process called Orthokeratology and it was the best decision I have made for my son! He no longer wears glasses! He sleeps in his CKR contacts and when he wakes up, he takes them out and can see clearly all day. Very intelligent man. Apparently he designed the CKR lenses! Highly recommend him! Also, they have a great selection of eye glasses and sunglasses.

Dr. El Hage is a good guy. I went in to see if OrthoK was an option for me, as I didnt want to have surgery and I hate being so dependent on my glasses. I had a really positive experience with him and his staff. His assistant Rosa is a really nice person, as is his practice partner Dr. Chen. I was sorry to read some of the other reviews on here. It doesnt jive with my experience, and I would still be going to Dr. El Hage if I didnt have to move for work. A+

F V L 2 M Q. If you cant read that then you need to get to Eye Care Associates and see Dr. Sylvie El Hage. Not only is she amazing she really takes the time to make sure you understand everything and finds the best frames to make you look amazing. They have a great selection of frames and Dr. Sylvie is with you every step of the way. The staff make you feel at home and are wonderful to work with.

I went to eye care associates for a checkup and I had a great experince. Dr. El Hage was very patient and explained everything she was doing as well as why she was doing it. Ive always had issues with contacts but with the recommendation Dr. El Hage gave me, Im loving my new contacts. Her selection of glasses are incredible and are making me double guess not wearing glasses!

Best care ever. while I was getting the run around from other places. The doctor was so kind and very knowledgeable. helped me out and got my eyes patched up in no time. Dr Sylvia ElHage did a fabulous job and we were very satisfied with her approach and demeanor.. My only gripe is that it literally took a month to get my prescription reading glasses, which seemed to be an issue with the lab that was working on my glasses .

Visited 2 time after 2 years for my Daughters Eye check up. He is a great doc, was polite, professional and very patient to handle the Kid as she was not responding or asking too many questions during the eye exam. I would definitely recommend him

Dr Sylvie was great!! Super clean office, polite staff, and no wait time. Im a super diffcult contact lens fit and she nailed it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
