Nephews appts. One at 11am and the other is at 1130am we checked in at 10:55am and now its 12:02 And aint no one called them and its not for a checkup its just for shots one get hpv and flu, and the other just flu wow seriously disappointed right now seriously thinking bout changing there doctors office crazy right

We waited more than an hour and people that came after us many were already called in. When I asked if they forgot about us, the lady in front has bad manner. Terrible service. If you can avoid, dont come here. Terrible service ever!!!

Doctor and medical didnt wash hands before exam. Medical assistant came in the room with gloves on, didnt wash her hands and did treatments. No one introduced themselevs either.
