Absolutely horrible, stay away. Ive had multiple doctors try to scam me e.g. telling me she couldnt find my vaccination records so I should get all my shots (I was smart enough to say no to this), others running unnecessary tests to bring the bill up (realized this after the fact), etc. And now, for the past 3 months Ive been going back and forth with them and my insurance due to the fact they are trying to overcharge me by hundreds of dollars. Very disappointing to not be able to trust doctors anymore...will be switching to providers.

Needed a prescription refilled. Said they would call me back by the end of the day with an answer. I had to call them to find out they closed earlier than their closing time. Had I would have known I would have called around 2pm. Also, front desk admins never seen to check me in when I arrive and dont tell the doctor. Happens every time at this location and West Allis. Then I end up waiting way past 15 minutes to find out they never checked me in!!
