Receptionist was very nice, although the digital check-in stations are confusing. The 1st woman that took my vitals, etc was very very good. The problem was the "Doctor" (she may have been an NP, but NPs are usually excellent). She spent very little time with me and ignored me saying I felt like I had a fracture or break and was in pain. She did not ask for a range of motion test or even touch/exam the area. Her appearance did not instill any confidence in her diagnosis that nothing is wrong. The heavy make up, very fake eye lashes, and platform heels made me wonder if she has another job to go to after the clinic. I am surprised Methodist does not require their employees to appear professional, or at least dress in a manner that does not make me question if they are professionals. Add to this the complete lack of listening to me, I know my body, and not asking to see if I could move the area, and I will not be back to Methodist. I was only here bc Baptist Minor Med, in my insurance network, closes at 2 on Sundays. Next time I will go on to a Baptist ER where I can at least expect some level of professionalism and care. Oh, and I saw my regular doctor. There is damage, not quite a fracture, and the appendage has been made immobile to heal. My doctor was shocked at the level of pain I had to deal with over night and that the clinic did not ask for me to move the part in question. He also noted that the clinic treating the puncture wound with antibiotic ointment was not a good idea given how deep the wounds go. I did comment when the other (good) lady was doing so that I didnt think it was good to "seal" puncture wounds as the infection could be trapped. I would recommend going on to a hospital ER instead of here if you have needs more than a common cold. However, if you want a doctor/nurse you feel like you should throw dollar bills at, this is the place for you.

Where do I start? First of all, I saw an advanced nurse who couldnt diagnose me correctly. No doctor or nurse practitioner anywhere onsite. After an ex-ray, he didnt even come back in the room to discuss the findings. The nurses aid delivered my paperwork & I was even more confuse by the misdiagnosis which he signed off on! My boyfriend is an attorney & we sat in the waiting area puzzled & confused over the misdiagnosis. We didnt have any other choice but to visit the ER to determine the proper diagnosis. Methodist Germantown E.R. Is TOP KNOTCH! From the person who signed me, gentleman who took my blood, x-Ray tech, Doctor & staff. I shared the paperwork from urgent care with the doctor & he was as confused as we were! Thanks Methodist Germantown for properly diagnosing me and for having top knotch staff! As for the Methodist Urgent Care on Union, we not be using them in the future.

Horrible experience. The NP introduce themselves as doctors, I suppose they think no one knows the difference. The NP, who I assume was the same NP a previous reviewer pointed out defintely seemed more concerned with coordinating her outfit and less about her patients. She spent less than 2 minutes in the exam room and had the nerve to charge the insurance 500 plus dollars-for a shot and some antibiotics- not to mention the "urgent care" co-pay. Urgent means you wait 30 mins to be seen for 2. Please do yourself a huge favor and go literally anywhere else. Seriously I have more confidence in a medicine man on Beale street. These 5 star reviews are obviously office workers or the wanna be doctors themselves.

Been here 3 times and every time I have left unsatisfied. None of their nurses can properly read a TB test. Mine swelled a little bit but was not positive, yet all of the nurses were freaking out like I was going to die. Took the doctor to walk by to correct them that I was fine. They messed up the paperwork for my TB test too. Had a 2nd TB test done, nurses still cant read it properly. Today I came in for a general check up. My knee had been hurting and I wanted my blood pressure checked out. $35 so they could tell me my knee was just sprained and that 150/80 BP was fine. The NP was also incredibly unfriendly. Never coming back.

Disappointed, but, the doctor, nurse and receptionist were very nice. I just thought they would address my issue better. i was crying, in severe pain. I am not crying now, but, still the pain is quite severe. very irritated. It floors me that Doctors show such little empathy where pain is concerned. I guess the drug addicts have ruined getting quality care and healing anymore. I worked with addicts for many years as an alcohol and drug nurse. I still can hardly sit or walk. I will go to a real emergency room and sit for 5 to 8 hours. Shameful

I got in fast. Williams was wonderful, and sweet. She was extremely thorough, efficient, and lovely. The staff was sweet and amazing as well! Usually I am a hard hit for getting blood. It was taken first try. No blown veins, and she didnt just go where she wanted. She asked what was the best. I was worried about going after reading the reviews here, but I also know that usually more people are willing to give bad reviews than good. No, I dont work there. However, I will not think twice about going again.

They gave me someone elses paperwork, with that persons ssn number, birth date etc. on it. When I cleaned out my wallet a few days later, I noticed an called right away. The manager tried to cover it up and was incredibly unhelpful. I filed a complaint with health and human services for the breach of personal information (HIPPA). I still dont know if someone else got my paperwork with all my info on it, so I have to monitor my credit more closely now.

This clinic is the biggest joke Ive seen since moving to Memphis. The "advanced nurse" I saw did not have a name plate on their sign. They list 3 doctors and couple of nurse practitioners who are NEVER there! I have NO diagnosis and will be forced to visit the ER for proper care. WORST CLINIC in Memphis! RUN FAST to your primary physician or you will be disappointed like me!

Good lord haters gonna hate, but while these other experiences may be totally valid, Ive been here numerous times over the last few years for actual minor issues (strep, bronchitis, allergy and repiratory issues) and the staff has been lovely. When it was out of their minor range, I was sent to the nearest Methodist hospital with the least ER wait.

I dont ever write reviews, but Im willing to let these people know they did a great job today and I appreciate them. I hate going to the Doctor, but the staff made my experience relatively painless, medically and financially. They were thoughtful and caring. Thank you.
