Amateur hour. Prescription was incorrect – like looking out of a fishbowl. Frames came back bent out of shape. Customer service was pretty bad – they never seemed to know what was going on or who was who. I always showed up to my appointments on time, but they never started on time. I spent a lot of time sitting in the lobby staring, waiting to be waited on, never sure what I was waiting FOR. No refund on eye exam. I do not recommend this location under any circumstances.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses and the sales person did not warn me of the underlying problems with Oakley brand .. Being as expensive they are Ill have to wear slippery glasses for two more years since the associate was in a hurry to make a sale .. I have to go in for adjustments every month .. Pls stay away from this lens crafters location . It doesnt seem like they know what they are doing .. Regards, Sandeep

I would give them zero stars if possible. My husband went in for eye exam . He asked to have his face measured after the exam because he has to have special glasses made to fit his welding hood. They refused to measure him because he wasnt buying glasses from there. What a waste of money.

Very high priced store with rude employees. If the quality of the glasses werent soo high I would have given them a 1-star rating. Even with insurance you can expect to spend around $400 per pair.

Sales person named Cheryl was very rude would hardly talk if you ask her a question she would just shake her head. Because of her attitude I would not want her to wait on me again
