I have tried to give this place many chances but am writing this review as a warning to people who value good customer service and their money. This place has the absolute worst support staff. They are constantly rude and always making excuses for their mishaps instead of apologizing for their mistakes and making it right. I waited on contacts that were supposedly on back order for weeks and only found out they were on back order because i called asking when they would be in and she said she didnt know and basically told me it was my fault for not calling in sooner to find out. They should have let me know i would not have contacts and that they were back ordered because now i have none and have already been waiting forever. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Our family gave Eye Designs business for several years, in an effort to support local business in New Albany. We were overcharged several times as well as billed for items that did not exist. Most recently their new receptionist was arrogant and disrespectful. We are taking our business elsewhere.

Regrettably, the staff is very undertrained. Despite that, I managed to get a quote on a frame. And then when I came in two weeks later to buy the frame, the price had jumped $80. Id recommend skipping this one.

Dr Riccio is a caring, knowledgeable professional. I trust her judgment. Have been going to Eye Designs for a long time and always receive excellent care. Her staff have always been polite and helpful.
