Ive been going to Eye Columbus in German Village for a little over a year now. I went to the same eye doctor since I was a child, so the change was a big step for me. The staff at Eye Columbus are so friendly and they really make you feel at home. Everyone is always smiling and enjoyable to be around. The optometrist is amazing too! I have pretty terrible vision, but he makes sure to take all of my feedback and helped me find the best contacts for my eyes with two types to test out. He is attentive and doesnt make you feel like "just another customer." Pricing is reasonable too!

Wouldnt fit me for the brand of contacts I wanted and when I told them the brand they gave me didnt feel right in my eyes and I couldnt wear them they told me to give it a few days. Tried to get another brand but they would not give me my prescription information to order online and insisted that I make a new fitting appointment and I would have to pay for it

Love this location! They are very attentive to your needs and the staff and doctor are very personable. They helped me pick out glasses that I wouldve never picked, but look great on me. I would definitely go back!
