I am a 66 year old white male with severe sun damage. I trained as an MD, then chose another career path. My previous dermatologist dropped me because of low medicare reimbursement to physicians. I had no previous knowledge of Dr. Weisberg when I chose him over a year ago, based on reviews and location. He has performed several procedures on me including: four treatments of blue light phototherapy. and three skin surgeries. He referred me to an excellent Mohs surgeon (Jennifer Perone, MD) when I did not think I needed it. It turned out that he was right and I was wrong! Dr. Weisberg is very bright and extremely competent. I know it when I see it! He is also a meticulous and precise skin surgeon (very important). He stays up to date with the latest advancements and treatments. He has excellent patient interaction skills. He explains your skin conditions and necessary treatments very thoroughly. What more can I say? I give him an outstanding recommendation. He also has a very warm and friendly staff ( have been helped by Ozzie, Rachel and Sofia).

By far the worst dermatologist I have ever been to. If I could give them zero stars I would, but for the purpose of leaving a comment, I had to. I had a confirmed appointment and they kept me in the waiting room for over an hour then finally called me into the room then kept me waiting there for another hour... Then once I decided to leave, the PA Rachel Reid, told me the reason why she kept me waiting: her patient was going through cancer or some disease that should be confidential between the doctor and patient and there was no reason to disclose that information to me. She basically forced me to go through with the appointment and it was the worst decision. She was completely rushing the appointment and whenever I asked a question she would be so short with the answers because she had other patients who had more serious cases than me, apparently. $115 down the drain and oh and they never did a follow up call.

Mrs. S. (Physicians Assistant) spent numerous months treating a small wart on my ear. I poured in hundreds (perhaps even over $1,000) for her to have it removed. Eventually, she sent me home with treatment and asked that I send her bi-weekly images of the wart in order to track the progress. The size of the wart diminished throughout this time and it was looking hopeful. But, a couple of months in, Mrs. S. stopped replying to my emails. I emailed her several times (using the same email address as usual) requesting a refill of the treatment, or asking if I need to make another appointment, but she failed to respond. I was optimistic about the progress, but Mrs. S.s failure to respond to my emails made me feel as though she had abandoned me. To this day I still have the wart on my ear, and I will not return to Mrs. S., as no person in any medical practice should cause their patients to feel abandoned.

This place does not feel like a legitimate medical practice, the entire experience was strange. I was forgotten about in the lobby, and when the nurse noticed I hadnt been called back, she got upset with ME about it. She seem very rushed and inconvenienced to have to ask my medical history. The doctor and nurse seem irritated to deal with patients. I went in for a cancer screen and have already made an appointment for another screen elsewhere as this one did not feel trustworthy. Something about a doctor and nurse who act like bratty and put out for having to do their jobs makes me seriously doubt the caliber of this place. Finally my visit was misbilled and I had to pay for what is covered by my insurance (preventative screens).

Precision Dermatology has stepped way out of bounds as far as customer care is concerned. I was being treated for Stasis Dermatitis, and was given a script for some ointment on my leg. My trip to the pharmacy was an all day battle between my health insurance and the pharmacy. I called Precision Dermatology and left a voice mail about my predicament (since it was after hours) The next day I was called by their office and was told that Rachel Reid PA-C found another source for the prescription and it was mailed directly to my home, plus it was covered by my insurance. I thank everyone at Precision Dermatology for treating me and getting me back to a healthier life.

I recently started seeing Rachel Reid at the Denton office due to a skin condition that Ive had my entire life. Rachel has a great personality and her work was amazing. She was very detailed regarding my treatment and my skin looks better than it has in 10+ years!! I would definitely recommend her to anyone else needing help! And Ill definitely be staying with her should I have any other issues arise.

I have a rare skin condition that multiple dermatologists misdiagnosed over the years, but Dr. Weisberg was the only one who got it right. He is extremely intelligent and does a great job of answering any questions I ask from time to time. I wont go anywhere else now that I know the difference between an average dermatologist and a great dermatologist.
