PA Brandt and Esther were very pleasant and did a really good job communicating with my 10 y/o daughter at her appt. today. However Christina at the front desk needs to work on her customer service! Very rude she kept looking at her computer screen and I wasnt sure if she was speaking to someone else or to me and my family. The front desk people should reflect the professionalism and customer service of their physicians. And that was not the case today!!! Recommendations: Esther should have introduced herself to my daughter and her position and explain what to expect during her visit. Front desk: I would like to see better customer service and less rudeness.

DR.HANSLEY AND HIS STAFF DESERVED 0 STARS. THEY HAVE THE WORST FRONT DESK EVER, THEY ARE RUDE AND SOME OF THE MAS ARE RUDE TOO AND THE DR. DONT SEEMS TO CARE. AND DONT BOTHER CALL THE "MANAGER" HAPPY (YES,THATS HER NAME) BECAUSE SHE WONT CARE EITHER. OFF COURSE NOT, IF THE FRONT DESK,AND SOME OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE HAPPYS DAUGHTER AND NIECES. NEVER AGAIN, THEY ARE THE WORST, NO PROFESSIONALISM WHATSOEVER!!!!

I didnt appreciate having to be examined with a teenage girl "assistant note taker" in the room, even after I objected. I also didnt care much for the PAs attitude, or the huge bill for 5 minutes of treatment.
