My children have been going to pediatric associates since we relocated from NJ to FL and the times I had gone to the Aventura office (3 times) I never had an issue and was very pleased however, I changed offices and started going to this one because thats where my sons allergist is and the first visits were fine but Monday my husband took my children for a sick visit that I had scheduled at 8:30 am for them to be seen at 2:50. My husband got to the office at 2:20ish when the front desk intake lady told him he was scheduled for another office. That he needed to leave, mind you I have 3 kids coughing and my daughter complaining of UTI symptoms. I called the scheduling line and I was told that in fact they made a mistake and scheduled me to aventura even though I had already changed to North Miami, they transferred me to the manager at the north miami office when she proceeded to say ( what do you want me to do, they cant be seen We are booked) the intake lady continued tell my husband he needed to leave the office in a very loud tone of voice (he had me on speaker phone) and how he wasnt scheduled. I feel like at no given point children who are sick should be turned around specially when being a constant patient there. The customer service from this office needs serious training and attitude management because my husband was treated very poorly and my children were basically denied attention. The manager offered to schedule me for another day when at that point my husband had taken the day off work and was on time for our appointment. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service that was provided because at the end of the day kids have no fault of adult mistakes and mischeduling and I have been there a few times where they have taken walk ins without appointments and people who are 2+ hrs late for their appoint yet my children were denied attention because of a mistake on their part.

My boys (now 16 and 13) have been going to Pediatric Associates since they were infants, from Sheridan Street, to Aventura, to Skylake and now Causeway. I have never had a bad experience in any of the locations. All of the physicians are competent, caring and follow up when needed. The fact that Dr. Socarras is available in the Causeway Office is an added bonus!!! The staff is pleasant and accommodating. This is a Five Star operation and wouldnt dream of taking my boys anywhere else! Diane Romero

My two babies 6 yrs old and 4 mon both go to this office its very nice and the staff are very professional even all of my nieces and nephews seek care at this office they all see Dr.Socarras who always has a good attitude and is very caring and concerned u can never tell if he is having a bad day when Dr.Socarras isnt in we have seen the other doctors and they are all just as professional and knowledgable....i recommend this office to all parents!!

The doctor was great. He is not my daughter Faith Doctor, but, he tried his very best. I think it is hard when you have to see another doctor instead of your own. When that happened, I think that doctors need to read and get a hint of that child. That will show parents, wait a minute this doctor took his time to learn more about my child. That is where customer service come in. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts.

This pediatrics associates causeway is always clean and the representatives at the front desk is always helpful/friendly. I am not sure if she is the office manager or assitance office manager bit She is the one who was transferred from the sky lake office; she makes me feel comfortable. She always welcoming and caring. Thank you... I believe her name is Arline..

As a parent we want to see our child doctor and that is why "pediatric associates" states the are open 365 days a year, yet you only can be seen once per day at the doctor office, your kept on long hold, and is not able to book same day appointments for a sick child. While not all the staff are bad at customer service the those few spoil it for the rest.

It was a good experience. We did not wait too long. The service was quick and fair. The nurses and doctor were very caring. But we fill a form in wich we were asked for any specific problem, we noticed that that form was not carefully read, we were not questioned about these specific problems. Otherwise we really appreciated the service.

I had a 9:30 appointment with my kids and its now 11:30 and the nurse has called me since 9:40 to place in the waiting room to see the doctor and still no doctor I will never come here again I will stay at my home office in skylake tha causeway is the worst clinic ever .i do not recommend this clinic at all When making the appointment

Dr Socarras and his staff are absolutely amazing. I refuse to take my children anywhere else as a matter of fact I had recently temporarily relocated and still choose to drive quite a distance instead of going anywhere else. Dr socarras has cared for my children for 13 years to this date and is wonderful.

I like the office of skylake been going there about 4 years and every one is nice but as soon i found out that there was going to be one closer to were i lived and that the wonderful Dr.Haratz was going to be there . I had to transfer ! The new office is so nice and the staff make you feel so welcome. :)

Amazing experience with Dr. Wong! She wonderful, thorough and caring. My twins and youngest son have been going to Pediatric Associates since birth. Ive used the Hollywood, Aventura, and Skylake offices but this Causeway location is the best. Dr. Socarras is now at this location too. Hes great!

I really like pediatric associates causeway location, this is between adventures and Miami Beach. Its a new office so everything is clean. Waiting times are short, staff is great and helpful and I like the doctors there. Theres usually parking, its free, unlike adventures or the beach.

Dr. Socarras is a wonderful pediatrician he is my granddaughter, my nephews my great-niece pediatrician Dr. Rascial Socarras been our family doctor a very long time. I think I God for him he is a wonderful doctor

dr. malka actually and i quote call your ex wife so she can hear the childs cough and see if he needs to be medicated. really ? thats insulting and makes no sense. i do not agree with his practice method.

Dr. Socarras always makes my "baby" feel comfortable. I hate to think of the day that we have to go to a GD. Dr. Socarras is definitely worth making the drive from West Palm Beach to Aventura!
