With this practice, its all about the $$. Patients on Medicaid are treated differently to private pay and privately insured, down to being denied NECESSARY immunizations and being told to head down to the health care district. Gutierrez and McKee lied to us on multiple occasions about the availability of a vaccine, promised to order it, never did. The nurses there slipped and stated they had the vaccine that Gutirrez and McKee claimed to be out of, but that it was for private pay only. Office manager Dee refuses to call us back after our complaint and pointing out the fact that theyre a member of the states VFC program that was designed to keep children immunized and out of state health care district clinics. RUN the other way. These people couldnt give a hoot less about your children, only their paycheck.

I absolutely just love Dr.G. I travel 1 1/2 hours and After nine years dealing with pediatricians , he is such a dream come true, as he is Just soo wonderful with my children, he truly seems to have a genuine love for his little patients and he is very prompt and effective. He has never failed me,. He listens to my concerns and is very proactive with my childrens health. Dr. G is so patient with my non verbal son, he does little magic tricks and engages my child, my son just beams up with laughter. As well id like to extend my appreciation to Joanne who does the referrals, she is such a sweetheart and as well gets the job done, fast. Everyone Ive encountered there has been nice. They are all truly just a nice staff. And the office is CLEAN and very child friendly.

Dr. Gutierrez is like Patch Adams!! He is the perfect pediatrician. I am so happy I found him and so are my two kids!!!
