He is a very professional doctor that listen to you and knows what he is doing. He chose well will other providers Mary Kay, Misha Caldwell and Nicole Mark. They cover any kind of parents! They respect our beliefs and understand our concerns. Front Office is very nice. They do what they can to please us...But we understand they are limited too. THEY CAN NOT PLEASE EVERYONE. I worked in a office before and see that these group act like a family. They are always joking with each other and if you follow them on FB they do things together... It shows that they care on what its done there. GOOD FOR THEM AND OUR KIDS! So, If they had to tell you NO, it is not because they want to. They too have rules to follow like in ANY COMPANY. right?! If you are not please with someone or something, don`t come here complain, just get your childs record and go elsewhere. There are many good Pediatrician that fit any taste. #ifyouhavenothinggoodtosaythensaynothing

I left a negative review on here about a month ago and I must say I was wrong. As a first time mom, I let my emotions get the best of me. I finally got to meet Dr. Berger and I must say he is one of the best, most attentive and knowledgeable doctors Ive ever met, if not the best!! The other doctors in the office are also pretty amazing, they have taken their time to listen to my concerns and address it in the most comforting and professional way possible. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes to see the doctors and every time my daughter has had an emergency the front desk team have squeezed her in right away. I sincerely apologize for my previous review and take it completely back. I am learning as a first time mom that sometimes a little patience will go a long way.

Its very tough to find a good doctor that takes time to diagnose a childs problem and that you can trust and not wait until a simple virus turns into pnemonia like our last doctor. Dr. Renato gives attention to kids and is a great doctor. We went through quite a few in South Florida and wont be going anywhere else. The doctor and staff and clientele are mostly Brazilian. They dont BS you like typical American doctors and treat your kids like cattle. Also very new and clean offices. Nice waiting area. There might be a wait but Id rather wait half an hour and get a proper diagnosis than be seen by some clueless billing artist doctor. Highly recommended.

Vc marca um horario e eatendido quase 2 hs depois..Nao respeitam os appts,nao respeitam as familias e as criancas principalmente com horas e horas incansaveis até o atendimento. Nunca mudamos a postura. Vc marca com um medico e jogam vc p/outro .. Infelizmente vc é tratado como lixo.

I like the doctor and I would have liked to stayed with him but his office staff is disrespectful and incompetent! Keep in mind you deal with the office staff about 90% of the time and 10% with the doctor. Its not worth the headaches, how good is the doctor who lets his office staff treat his patients parents with disrespect. I discussed this matter with the doctor and he just bruised it off. I would fire his office manager if she worked for me.

Dr. Renato Berger is the most caring, talented, sweet pediatrician a mother can ask for. You can tell that he is just a good, honest person. The girls at the office are as sweet as him. If you call after hours, Dr. Berger will call you back in less than 5 minutes, its incredible! Best Pediatrician in Coconut Creek, FL, hands down!

I have been taking my kids to him for 10 years. Due to an insurance change I was forced to take him to pediatric associates and my youngest was hospitalized for 46 days with pneumonia.... I will never change doctors again, even if I have to pay for the consultation.

The office staff is very rude. Dr Berger is good, however the other doctors can be pretty short and sometimes nasty. I have often had to wait an hour or more just to see the doctor when we had an appointment. I highly recommend not using these guys

Awsome person and doctor! Great at diagnostics and patient interaction. An "extinct" kind of doctor, he responds calls even when on vacation!!! You are never left hanging when you most need a doctor.

Would not take a new patient on Saturday because " its their policy" obviously not an office that cares about children being sick. Will never go to this office just because of their lack of concern.
