Kool Smiles is the worst dentists I have ever been to. The staff is rude and love to take the time doing anything. The wait time is crazy. my first and last time I will ever go there. my appointment was for 9am I got there at 8:10am paper work and everything was done way before my 9am appointment and still had to wait over 30mins to be seen. Than they call me back for a consult were I had to wait again. Than finally got to go back for the x-rays were they were like do this and this it was very unpleasant. Than had to wait in this big open bay for the dentists who all he did was ask 3 questions the same questions i had been asked by everyone else and was like ok know there going to do your cleaning. I am like what who does that. I have never been to a dentists that does not do there exam before a cleaning or even look when they know there is a problem. When the dentists finally does the exam it takes less than 10 seconds and he does not even look at the tooth I was having pain with. I was like really. Than he tells me that I need a root canal but he was not qualified to do that and that I needed a filing and to refill one of my old filling but he could not do that ether I was going to have to make more appointments just for that. I was like ok I am done and walked out. What was he qualified for from what I could see nothing. This place needs to get their things straight. I would never go back for my self let alone take my kid there. They are only getting a one star because it the only way to write a review.

The staff is rude. And the wait time is crazy. The first time we went there its too over 2 hours to be seen. Cause they were have such a hard time with trying to vary our insurance. The second time we had an appointment at the time that they opened and once again waited at least an hour before being called back. And today I got a text as a reminder to be there at 10:15 my husband shows up and while he was sitting there waiting he received an email saying it got pushed back to 10:45. Will not be returning. This place needs to get their things straight. Also I dont like how open it is in the back the last time we went there my kids were fine until this little girl was screaming, then our kids scared.

From walking in till walking out it was great all the way around. My 12 year old daughter has a rare autoimmune disease and Dr. Park took it serious and wanted to learn a little about it before the started any work on My daughter. I can not remember everyones name but the two woman that were working at the front were extremely nice and helpful. The woman that took us into a little room for like a consult was very very nice she had long black hair in a ponytail and then the woman who cleaned my daughters teeth was also extremely nice . Our appointment was April 21st 2017 at 2pm. For my daughter and I ..... we were very happy with everyone there.

As a mother of a five yr. old I was not happy with the organization and timing for my childs appt. Prior to our appt. I was notified over 10 times via text and email and I confirmed at least 3 times. Get to my 8:30a.m. appt. and didnt get to the back for treatment until after 9:40a.m. Due to the verification of my personal insurance we had to wait...and wait...and wait...I didnt understand why this process didnt happen prior to our visit. My son became impatient and I was late leaving for an out of town trip. Even though the staff kind, I was really disturbed by this visit. Im really thinking about switching to another dentist office.

The wait time was too long!!! it was growing on three hours when my daughter and i left there. It was freezing cold in there. The manager kept passing by us and not once did she ask if we had been seen yet nor did she take it upon herself to try to get us out of there. I should have known she wouldnt because she didnt even speak not one time. when she kept passing by us. I had to send my daughter to the desk to make sure they havent forgot about us. My childs orthro keeps faxing over paper work but they never seem to get them. This has happened more than once and i will not be returning to this location anymore. It is ridiculous.

It was the most pleasant dentist visit in the past 2 years. Sidney and Dr. Park did a great job with my toddler. I have to help hold him down at other dentist office and our first time at cool smile Sidney made me and my children feel so welcome and I was late for my appointment. They treated my children better than any dentist and assistance ever did in the pass. I will be taking my children to cool smiles and only cool smiles because they know how to handle children. My children left with a smile and that is very rare for a dentist visit. I love the staff at this location they are the best.

Me gusto mucho la clinica y el dentista muy amable, lo unico que no me gusto fue la enfermera en ningun momento sonrio (no es que tiene que andar todo el dia con los dientes pelados) pero en ningun momento senti su amabilidad, senti su atencion nada mas por compromiso, no por pasion a su trabajo!!

Well they accept medicaid and everyone who worked there was nice and respectable. BUT when I called to set up my appointment I was not informed that I would have to pay for the xray so I had to reschedule my appointment . Which wasnt good for me with suffering from a horrible toothache. Then when I got my teeth cleaned the water was freezing cold and my teeth are extremely sensitive. I feel like places like that should offer up payment plans so those who cant afford it all at once can get the dental work done that they need done.

I was impressed with the overall experience. The staff took the time to put my child at ease for each step. They seemed to be having some issue that had them running behind but once they resolved it they put a plan together and they got the patients taken care of very efficiently after that. I did think they took the kids back earlier then needed and so they got nervous and or fidgety before it was their turn to be seen but otherwise a very pleasant and professional experience. I definitely would recommend them.

My daughter loves to go there. She is a little afraid of getting dental work but overall the staff is wonderful. She loves to go and play while we wait for her name to be called. The DA Tika was very polite as she took us to the hygeine area. Camille enjoyed the hygienist Jaquanda cleaning her teeth she made it a fun experience for her. Throughout the visit Gabrielle the CTL came and made sure our visit was going good. Looking forward to going back for next appointment.
