For the doctor himself, I would give him 5 stars but the current staff (one lady) is what ruins it. When I first went to that office a few years ago he had different staff. Those girls were very friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my service. Then those girls left and it went to one lady. She is awful, she seems like she is so miserable to even be there. Helping customers was like an inconvenience for her. Wether I call or in person. She is not friendly, doesnt seem knowledgeable and not helpful at all. She always has attitude and seems like she is so miserable even being there. I am now trying to find a new eye doctor because I dread going back to deal with her. Until he gets new staff I wouldnt even bother, unless you can deal with the doctor directly.

I will NEVER be returning to this office. It was one issue after another with my glasses. They tried to act like these issues never happen but I had issues with BOTH pairs I ordered, one taking about 3 weeks and the other 6 weeks! I could have ordered online and had them faster, saving myself hundreds of dollars! The communication is HORRIBLE, the location is inconvenient and the staff seems like they have no clue what they are doing. Im still not convinced that I was given the right prescription but Id rather pay for a second opinion than deal with this office any longer. They did refund me $50 for the hassle, not worth it and never again.

Just awful. Worse optometrist Ive ever visited in my life. Im an optician and even the other opticians there seemed unintelligent. Optometrist didnt even give me a good prescription. I was blind.
