Each and every person that I dealt with the day of my first visit was kind, caring, and personable. The level of care is exceptional. This is how people should be treated when they seek out healthcare professionals. I am looking forward to my next visit. On my first visit I was in a great deal of pain and unable to stand up straight due to a disc issue in which I was unaware. I just figured I had pulled something exercising. This pain in my lower back had been bothering me for quite some time. I called ahead and was seen right away by Dr Meyers. After some x-rays and a discussion with Dr. Meyers, he prescribed a treatment plan to alleviate my pain, also correct and heal the problem. My first impression of The Dunn Clinic was that this is an exceptional facility. Well it has been 3 weeks and 5 treatments later and I feel wonderful. Through spinal decompression and chiropractic adjustments I am feeling so much better. They have exceeded my expectations. Each and every staff member on the this team is professional, courteous, and above and beyond kind and compassionate. I have a renewed sense of what to accept from health care professionals. The Dunn Clinic and Dr. Meyers have set the bar very high in my opinion. As I continue to heal and feel much better, I have a very different outlook on my exercise regime. Dr. Meyers is very knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what to expect from your treatment. And as a added bonus, He takes the time to recommend how I might benefit from making changes to how I approach exercise. If you are an athlete or just a weekend warrior I highly recommend Dr. Meyers and the Dunn Clinic. I am so grateful and I am looking forward to my next visit.

I cant say enough great things about Dunn Clinic and their amazing staff. Dr. Ray is by far the best chiropractor Ive been to, and he takes the time to understand your unique situation and customizes treatment to specifically resolve whatever issues youre having. As a small female, he knows the exact pressure to use to adjust me how I need it without hurting me or holding back too much. He has even gone so far as to compare my medical records with my primary physician when multiple doctors couldnt figure out why I would always feel completely unrested after a full nights sleep. Because he helped me get to the bottom of the issue, we ruled out any internal issues and discovered that it was indeed a physical issue that could be resolved with traction. I had been suffering for over a year with no relief and no answers from medical doctors and had almost given up that I would never know what was wrong. He has also tried to find the best variations of treatments for me that specifically work best to have longer periods without pain. Dunn Clinic has also been very helpful with trying to make treatments as economical as possible for me with my insurance. They are always on the cutting edge of new methods, equipment and treatments that will benefit their clients. Melissa, Tammy & Shelly in the office are all excellent, very friendly and helpful, and they have had a variety of great masseuses for myofacial massage as well. I can always count on them, and I recommend them to my friends as much as possible.

I initially attended this clinic because it was close to my house, it was open after 5:00pm, and because had great reviews online. I 100% regret my decision for a few reasons. First, I had a different chiropractor almost every time I went (more specifically, they would cycle through the specialists), despite saying that I would receive treatment from the same specialist each time. Next, I told them what was hurting and why I was there and they continued to push services on me that I did not feel was needed. I would tell them something that I didnt want them to do (like crack my neck -- which has NEVER hurt me in my life), and they would set up to do that again and again!!!!! I would have to stop them before they followed through with cracking it. Additionally, I continuously told them that I did not want to do any treatments that werent covered by my insurance and they never seemed to remember that. Now, one positive thing, I will say the staff was very friendly. When I first went to the office, everyone was welcoming. I went home and told a roommate about the chiropractic center, resulting in a $10 gift card for me and also a coffee mug, since she decided to give them a go. Guess what? Never got either of those, despite the staff telling me otherwise. Finally, I have unsubscribed from their e-mails at least three times and STILL receive them. I havent lived in the area for 10 month and am still getting bombarded by their e-mails. DO. NOT. RECOMMEND.

This place is the best! Dr. Chris does my adjustments and she is a fantastic listener and is always ready to find the root of my problems. I get regular massages with Kim and sometimes Katja (sp?) and have never left without feeling completely relaxed. Melissa, I believe, is the front desk manager and she is a real sweetheart! She always remembers me, even on the phone, and is always in such a cheery mood, its contagious! All the front desk girls are really sweet! The physical therapists are great and they explain everything really, really well. I never have an issue with long waits, as the staff is so great about finding something productive for me (like lying on a "water bed" that shoots jets up and down your body) or switching around the order of things depending on who is available. I saw the nurse practitioner a couple times and she was really great, made sure I understood everything and answered every question I could think of. No matter what I come in for, they have a solution for me. I started going nearly a year after a car accident, and my orthopedic physical therapist wasnt fixing the problem. I nearly felt like I had a spine fracture from built up pressure on my spine. After only a few visits I felt immense relief and now Im hooked! Keep up the awesome work!

I have always had a Chiropractor at my disposal for the past 10 years so when I moved to Nashville and was having some Neck and shoulder issues (due to stress) I chose Dunn clinic. I was impressed with the facility and the different modalities of treatment available. Though, I was not impressed, and actually appalled at the high pressure tactics that Dr. Dunn had utilized on me after seeing my xrays, stating that either I begin a very strict regimen with him that was above and beyond my insurance, or that "I would be needed surgury on my neck soon, and you dont want that, do you?" I had never had any neck pain or issues, not to say that it might have been out of wack, but he was not even addressing why I came in. I asked for my Xrays, and told him, I will get a 2nd opinion and never went back. He was much more interested in billing my insurance AND myself more than taking care of MY needs. I have since gone to Batson Chiropractic and feel more more comfortable with the level of care and professionalism and they even work on a sliding scale if someone does not have insurance. I was informed that indeed I needed some neck adjustment, but it was not severe and was honest and up front about my options. Due to my experience, I cannot recommend the Dunn Clinic.
