First of all Dr Liu I want to congratulate you on your new addition to your clinic in Fairfax I know you will do excellently if that is possible as I know first hand how brilliantly you have taken care of us clients in your clinic on East BIDWELL. I do not usually give five stars when I review but I have no choice here as Dr Liu Diane Asmuth and the entire team in your clinic deserve it and a high five at that. I was with Dr Liu and Dr Asmuth for two and a half years and would be still a client if I did not live in Baltimore right now with my daughter. I know I will never find a doctor as patient caring and such a great listener as Dr liu and staff. The healing both spiritual mental and physical is without reservation the best I have received in my long life. In all sincerity I miss Dr Liu Diane and all staff members very much. When companies start their practice they hope to live up to their mission statement. Dr Liu has most definitely done her clinic a great justice by living and going beyond what she promises to do. I can keep going on here but you will not appreciate my words till you experience the practice firsthand. Again Dr Liu and Diane I am so grateful to have been a part of your excellent care.

Ive been going to Dr. Lius office for over a year now, and I am fully delighted with the care I receive there. Unlike a disturbing number of medical offices, the staff at Dr. Lius practice is friendly, helpful and seems to be genuinely happy to see me, and they give the sense that they are part of a team that is helping me with my health. Dr. Liu is attentive and thorough. I never feel rushed or like what I have to say is not important. As a self-pay patient without insurance, I am also appreciative of the way she and her staff consider my costs and look for ways to control them. I am always presented with options if the preferred approach is expensive, and Dr. Liu is careful to discuss the risks and benefits of whatever she may recommend. The patient portal on her Web site is a fantastic tool to stay in touch, communicate or clarify something without a phone call or office visit. Records, labs, rx and other useful information is kept on file where I can review it, not hidden away in some secret file. That she provides free wifi access in her waiting room, while not a huge thing in itself, is typical of the way in which Dr. Liu is patient oriented and aware of what her patients need and want.

I am a Senior citizen. So having said that one knows I have seen a lot of doctors in my life. I have been a patient of Dr. Joy Lius for over 8 years now. She was just starting her practice when I started as a patient of hers. She is the most compassionate and wise doctor I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. She listens, she follows up, she is there for me in so many ways. She hires nothing but the most professional, caring and courteous staff. I just cannot say enough about Dr. Liu. And the enlargement of her practice with this new office in Fair Oaks speaks volumes for the great doctor that she is. Nice and caring does not mean competent! I was rendered deaf by the medical assistant and physicians assistant at this office during an ear lavage. They used incorrect pressure to administer the lavage. They caused the earwax to be pressed against my eardrum. It was painful. I was dizzy and faint . I became deaf in that ear. I had to see a specialist to correct their mistake.
