This has to be the absolute worst place that I have ever seen or heard of. The young staff are argumentative, hateful, rude and down right nasty. They cut you off in mid sentence and when you try to intervene again, they blame you for interrupting. In all my years, I have NEVER had people speak to me like that and all I was doing is trying to make a new patient appointment. And whats rich is that their website says are you a patient referral, but when you try to tell them that, they start talking over you. I started this process the second week in April, have left numerous messages and no one ever returns your call. My physicians office sent my records and spoke to the new patient coordinator in early May and now, they cant find my records? And its all my fault? Do yourself a favor and bypass this place as if it were a plaque. Wonder what their patient morbidity rate is. Think twice on that.

WELL, I went for interview. She was 40 mins late!!! Met a woman, hmmm didnt give her name but I can tell you, shes boss lady & I drove 38miles for her to tell me I wasnt qualified. THEN WHY DID U CALL ME 2X to interview?? Shes the reason the place is messed up. Major ATTITUDE, negative, unprofessional, tardy as all get up, snooty, and when I called she was so impolite I should have turned around. TURN AROUND FOLKS. THIS PLACE REEKS OF BAD MANAGEMENT.but the docs may be super?? This review is not meant for them. Only the blonde manager who wasted my time telling me what she thinks I Dont know????

My husband had total relief from pain after Dr. Yang treated him. We have since moved to Nevada and he has been unable to find a doctor here that can duplicate Dr. Yangs treatment. It is unfortunate that someone was unhappy with the office staff considering Dr. Yang is such a good doctor.

This place sucks! Lost my referral, I dont know how many times. Dont waste your time, apparently they dont take people with good insurance???
