Best eye care I have ever received BY FAR. On a Friday night, something was wrong with my eye with a pain level of 7/10 and honestly didnt think I could wait until Monday to see an optometrist. A friend recommended Dr. Gendelman and she went above and beyond for me. She opened the store just for me and saw me right away. Dr. Gendelman was so nice, gentle, and straight to the point. Within 5 minutes she had already diagnosed me and given me treatment (my pain instantly went away). I am so so happy with Nelly and her practice. Safe to say, I definitely saved her number and will be going back. In addition, its located by millions of restaurants; I was able to head over to a pain-free lunch within one minute. Im from Plano and I still would 10/10 make the drive and recommend to anyone who asks for optimal care.

I see all the reviews here are multiple years old, so figure I would post a current review. I just switched eye doctors to the one next door and while my eyes were dilating I came over to look at some glasses. I havent bought a pair of glasses in 4 years, been wearing contacts. Quite a large selection they have. The two ladies there were really nice. I tried on about a dozen immediately not liking some and some so so. After I narrowed it down she gave me the breakdown on cost for each with my insurance and I selected a pair. They were ready next business day. Fit perfect and wonderful. Whole experience easy painless and quick.

Horrible service and quality. I had an examination last mid August and it was not prescribed correctly. Went back in and they had to adjust it twice. Then when they reordered they were to call me when it arrived within 7-10 days. I had to call at the 3 week time only to find them there. Then because of a coating defect the left had to be reordered. Again they were to call me within 7-10 days and 3 weeks later I called and they can not find my contact. I do not even have a copy of my prescription to order spares since August. I am easy to please but this is horrible service.

I cant say enough great things about this place! A friend recommended me to Dr. Gendelman and her and her staff took excellent care of me! I never wore glasses before and they walked me through everything that I needed to know about this new adjustment! It was so convinient that the optical shop was right next door for me to pick out my new glasses. My pair of glasses was affordable and ready in no time. I live in Plano and always make the drive out to see the wonderful staff at this Pearle Vision and it is WELL worth it! Im so happy I found this place!

This place is awesome! I have had the BEST customer service from these people. The optomitrist and the sales people in the store section next door. I called to see if I could get an eye exam just as she was going to go to lunch, but she told me to come in. We get there and I got right in and out. I went next door to order some frames and they were so helpful and friendly. (Debbie and Gary) My glasses were expected to take four days but they only took a day and a half. I will be back!

Really bad experience here. Never worn glasses before, or been through the process. They totally blew off my insurance. High pressure sales. I ended up w/glasses that I couldnt adjust to that were very expensive. Took them back and just wanted computer glasses which were covered by my insurance. No refunds, or credits, in fact I had to pay a $50 restocking fee, just to get part of my money back. Very dissapointed.

Lied and tried to overcharge. They said they pulled up my insurance and wanted $400 for glasses, went to lenscrafters and they could not find my insurance, called eyemed and my insurance was not even in the system yet... So how then did they pull up my insurance? I pay for insurance so I dont have to pay cash price, dishonest and pressured sales.

By far the best service I have received for my eye care. The people at the shop were so helpful and did an amazing job finding exactly what I wanted! Plus, the doctor next door was great to work with, so its an all-around great experience. I will for sure be returning!

Dr gave me the wrong prescription. went back a week later to tell her my prescription was wrong and she insisted it was right. her receptionist has called me multiple times to pick up the contacts they were trying to sell me after I told her I didnt want them.
