I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. Our family comes every year for new glasses and contacts spending thousands of $. I have overlooked the imperfections, but its time to let it out! 1. They are so disorganized. They seem to always lose my file or my husbands file and ask me strange questions about how we set up our account and why dont we have a family file and so on. I dont know--its your paperwork, organize it! The selection in glasses has really been subpar the last couple years and the techs who are supposed to help you choose glasses are snotty--like you are imposing on their time. But I have put up with it because I do like Dr. Hopson. I make sure I stop by days before our appointment to choose glasses so I dont "waste" their important tech time helping me pick out glasses (aka their job) doing it at my actual appointment. 3. Last year I have ordered replacement lenses and never received them. I called in 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks and they would say...well it looks like they should have been here 2 weeks ago and it said it was delivered. Call back next week and hope we find them. I dont have time to chase them around to be told they dont know where they are. So 6 months later I get a call....your lenses are ready! Seriously? Then the last straw last week-- I arrived at my appointment to be informed that patients scheduled after me arrived early and took my spot so I would have to reschedule in another 2 weeks. I am leaving the country for a long business trip and specifically timed my appointment to align with my plans. I guess Ousley just doesnt care!

I dont do many reviews, but compelled to do this one. The Ousley team is just great, plain and simple. Dr Camile always spends as much time as needed, explains everything and never rushed or hurried. I have been a customer for years, Im an Engineer and very analytical,,, ask lots of questions, always double checking technology and features, and not an easy guy to deal with selecting frames for my "perfect" look! Many times Ive asked about frames they did not have in stock, and they ordered them for me to check out. Prices competitive also,,, check em out. You wont be disappointed!

The staff was super friendly and Dr. Bruce made me comfortable and relaxed! I ended up with a cute pair of frames that fit my style and my price range! I have now reccomended Ousley vision center to all my friends and family!
